~Y/n P.O.V~
I place Grey down in his bed and tuck him in, moving a bit of his hair out of his face and kiss his forehead before turning towards Drew's side of their shared bedroom. As I look I over I see that Drews still awake
"Hey bud, what're you's till doing awake?" I ask as I walk over and sit at the foot of his bed
"Why would that scary old lady say that to you..... you're innocent!" Drew says as he looks up at me from his huddled position
I give him a soft smile before loving a small strand of hair away from his face
"Because she doesn't like the fact that a commoner like me got half of her grandchild's gift" I say
"I was worried that what happened to you was gonna happen to me or Grey tonight so I wanted to stay out of the candles light the whole time" Drew confesses and I stare at him with a remorseful look
"Awww Drew I'm sorry, you should've come to find me so us three could've gone home" I say as I tuck him in
"Well you were talking to the madrigals and it seemed important so I didn't want to interrupt you..." Drew says as he pulls his blanket up to cover most of his face
"Never feel like you're interrupting me from anything, you're my family and you'll always come first. Now get some sleep" I say as I kiss his forehead and stand up to walk out of his room
As I walk out his room and close the door I stand there for a good few seconds trying not to think about the situation that went down, I begin to walk to my room not paying anybody any mind and my family seems to get my memo since none of them bother me as I bee line to my room.
Once I get in my room I close the door and lock it, walking over to my bed and face planting then screaming into my pillow
"You fucking old ass lady fucking embarrassing me and my family like that you gonna die soon anyway so why the Fuck you giving me hell!!! No wonder nobody likes your crusty ass!! AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!" I scream into my pillow
"*Cough*" I hear so I quickly look up to see....Mirabel??
"Guess you hate my Abuela as much as I do, huh?" Mirabel asks me as she chuckles
"I guess so" I say as I flip over in my back and stare up at the ceiling
"You know Camilo got pissed at our Abuela" Mirabel says and I look over at her
"What's he do?" I ask
"He blew up on her, yelling at her for being so rude to you even after ten years. She yelled at him, well started to, before he cut her off again. He actually shifted into her and made fun of her of course after he portrayed what had happened. In short he defended you well Y/n" Mirabel says
I feel my face heat up and I pay my cheeks to calm down and roll over to face my wall as I awkwardly laugh
"I say your face, I know you're blushing" Mirabel says and I practically hear the smirk in her voice
"Whattttt nooooo" I say as I turn towards her only to see her still smirking which makes me roll back over
I hear walk over towards my bed then feel her plop down on top of me
"Just admit it! You like my little cousin Camilo! I mean it's not like you can deny it for much longer~!" She say as I try to shove her off
"No never now why did you actually come over here!" I say trying to quickly change the subject
"I can over here so you could help me figure the truth out about what's happening to our Casita. Because you saw the cracks too which means I'm not going crazy" Mirabel says as she sits at the foot of my bed and I sit up
"Do you have an idea of what all the cracks mean and stuff?" I ask and Mirabel shakes her head "no"
"No but I'm gonna go into my uncle Bruno's tower and see if maybe he has anything that could help and well I don't wanna go alone so I'm dragging you along with me" Mirabel says and I sigh
"How am I even gonna get into your house? Did you forget your Abuela practically had a temper tantrum tonight?" I ask and she thinks for a second before a lightbulb goes off in her head
"I'll just sneak you in! My Abuela is gonna be busy getting my sisters boyfriend to come over so she technically wont be home ALL day" Mirabel says and I think about it for a moment
"Please....I can't do this alone" She begs and I give in
"Oh alright, I'll join you in the very idiotic task. As long as you get together with my cousin Carlos soon" I say as I smirk and now it's my turn to see her face turn a bright red
"I...I well....Um.....fine.." she says defeated
"Yes!" I cheer
Mirabel shakes her head and looks at my clock before gasping and quickly standing back up
"I gotta go but meet at me at that animal shop I was hiding in at noon" Mirabel says before climbing back out my window
"I'm getting myself into something very stupid........oh well!" I think to myself before crawling back under the covers and falling asleep
