Chapter 10: Camilo's Nightmare

~Camilo P.O.V~

I slowly open my eyes and notice it's morning. I sit up and look around my room and nothing seems to be different, all the same just as I had left it

I get out of my bed and step down onto the floor and decide to go and check on everyone else, starting with Antonio.

I walk up to his new room and knock on the door, when he doesn't answer I open up the door to see him still sleeping, so I walk in and towards his bed

"Hey Little bro wake up" I say as I begin to shake him

He doesn't budge after I try to shake him awake so I shake him harder and just when it seems he's about to wake up he throws up blood.....a lot of it. I gasp and take a step back as my eyes widen in horror

"Antonio!!" I scream as I grab him and see that his eyes are lifeless and dull and his body lays limp in my arms

"Mamá! Papá!! Something happened to Antonio!!!!" I yell as I run out of Antonio's room towards their bedroom with Antonio's limp body in my arms

As I get to their room and burst through their door. I see that they're still asleep too so without thinking I run up to them but as I do they throw up blood too

I scream their names as I feel tears begin to trickle down down my cheeks as I try to shake them awake

"This isn't real!!! It's not real!! This is all just a horrible horrible nightmare!!" I scream as I place Antonio with our parents and run to Dolores's room

"Dolores's something happened to Antonio and Mamá and Papá!!" I yell as I burst through her door only to see that she already threw up blood and lays lifeless

"No!!!" I scream as I begin to sob

I run out of her room and check on all the others to see they've had worse fates. Body limbs chopped off and eyes and mouth sewn shut

I run out of our Castia to see everyone's heads in stakes at the top of the house, I sob louder and harder as I run to Y/n's house, tears flooding my vision

As I get to her house I bang on the doors

"Y/n!!! Please let me in my family's been murdered!!! Please!! I'm scared!!" I scream before I fall through the front doors

I run around the house till I found Y/n's door, not bothering how much noise I'm making. As I barge into Y/n's room I see she's awake and sitting at her desk

"Y/n! Thank god you're ok!" I yell with joy as I run up to her and hug her

As I hug her though I noticed a wet substance around her stomach. I look over her shoulder and see that her stomachs been cut open, I stare in horror then slowly look at her face, her eyes have been taken out only leaving bloody eye sockets

"Y/N! NOOO!!!!" I scream as I push her chair out and stand in front of her

I fall to my knees and sob uncontrollably as I hold my stomach and occasionally scream in agony

"This can't be real....God please don't let this be real!! I can't lose my family then y/n too please!!" I scream

I sit there on the floor in the same position for what feels like hours just staring blankly at the wall, letting my soul leave through my tears as they continue to fall down my face

I hear footsteps outside Y/n's door but I don't budge as I look over. As the door slowly opens I notice a familiar purple dress and I lift my head

"Abuela...?" I ask as she walks in it's her head down so I can't see her eyes, I stand up and walk over to her

"Abuela, you ok?" I ask as I touch her arm

"I kilmmMMmmd...." I hear her grumble and I raise an eyebrow

"What?" I ask as I bend down a little to see her eyes better

"I killed everyone!!!" She screams before running at Y/n's body and repeatedly stabbing it

"It's all your fault! It's all your fault!!!" She screams as she continues stabbing

"Abuela!!! Leave her alone!!!" I scream before waking up in my actual bed

I look frantically around my room as I breath heavily, I gulp before slowing my breath down and run my fingers through my hair

"It was just a nightmare....that means everyone is still alive" I say to myself as I then hear my mamá

"Boys and Dolores come on down for breakfast!!" Mamá says and I crawl out of bed

"Put on a smile" I think to myself as I open my door and walk downstairs

"Nothing ever happened"

Hey guys sorry for not updating for the past 2 days I had to catch up on some homework so I was doing that but I should be good now!

Tuesdays and Wednesdays may be my busiest days so if I don't update on either of those days it's most likely because I'm busy so please respect that

I hope you're enjoying this book so far and are wondering maybe why Camilo had this nightmare? I guess we'll never know
