Chapter 35: Spy Rats

~Y/n P.O.V~

I push Camilo away and begin to walk around, looking for some people to help him as I hold the deck of cards in my pocket. We find the usual lady that needs to sleep while we watch her baby. I go to her and take her baby as Camilo hands her a pillow and I grab the baby bag she has by the bench before we continue to walk around

Someone else needs to hang something up so Camilo changes into them as he helps them hang that thing up, another lady calls out to me and I rush over, making sure to not wake the baby

"Hi Y/n! I'm so sorry to bother you seeing as you already are looking after a baby, but would you mind?" She asks as she holds her baby in her arms

"Oh it's not a problem!" I say as I reach my free hand out and she gently hands me her baby

"Thank you so much Y/n! Oh! And here's the baby bag" she says as she slings it across my shoulder

"No problem! I'll be back in three hours!" I say before walking off and going to find Camilo again

As I see him he quickly runs to me before I softly shush him and he looks at the two babies in my arms, he takes the one in my left arm from the First Lady and holds it before walking back to Casita.

"So you gotta babysit two today?" Camilo asks and I scoff

"This is for just the first two-three hours, and I still gotta go back and get three more" I say as we walk into Casita and I head to Camilo's room

We set the babies down on his bed before going into Mirabels rooms and going to her closet and pulling on two baby cribs(I made so her room has everything everyone needs, since she like in the movie knew what everyone needed and knew how to make everyone feel better. Idk if it's stupid it's stupid) we both grab one each and carry them back to his room. As we get in there we place them down and get them both situated before clicking my tongue and P/n (Pumas name) runs in through the door

"Can you look after these two? I'll be back in about thirty-minutes" I say and P/n nods before gently nudging the cribs and they rock softly side to side

I walk out of Camilo's room and close the door before we head out again. As I look down I see Pedro trying to find something to do before Alma walks in and drags him out the door just as me and Camilo are leaving.

We run past them and I begin to head one direction as Camilo follows, keeping his eyes open for anyone who may need him, and soon he finds someone

"I'm gonna be over here Mi vida" Camilo says as he points to a house and I nod

I walk up to another and gently knock on the door as a dad answers and he looks tired, as he sees me he gives the baby bag to me and leaves to go and get the baby. I sling the baby bag over my shoulder and he appears back, I take the baby from him and gently rock it to put it to sleep

"You'll be back in four hours?" He asks

"Is that how long you need away?" I ask and he nods

"Then yes! I'll be back in four hours!" I say as I walk off and wave to the man as he gives me a smile of gratitude

I look around for Camilo and can't seem to find so I continue on to the next house

"I'll circle back to see if I can find him" I think to myself as I knock on the second house

I grab the second baby from this mother of four and she nods her head before dirty blonde headed little girl Mirabel hangs out with pops her head out

"Is Mirabel telling stories today?" She asks as I nod

"Yup! She could use some help setting up though, wanna come and help her?" I ask and the little girl looks up at her mom
