Chapter 59-Ji Hyo's limit

'What did you say?' Ji Hyo pointed her finger at the reporter as she glared at him. She obviously didn't know that Nick and Eun Hye had taken over her father's company.

"What.. do.. you think about.. Nick and.. Eun Hye taking over your.. dad's company?" the frightened reporter stuttered.

"Who told you this?" Ji Hyo was enraged.

"It's all over the news, Miss Song," another reporter shouted amidst all the commotion.

"What?" everyone chorused.

"We should go visit Jae Suk hyung!" Kwang Soo hurriedly changed the topic.

"That's.. right.." Gary pulled Ji Hyo away from the crowd.

After walking back into the hospital, Ji Hyo said," Did you guys know about this?"

"Ji Hyo ahh..." Gary gasped.

"Tell me!" Ji Hyo was flustered.

"Yes.. It was all over the news.." Haha confessed.

"Then why didn't you guys tell me?" Ji Hyo accused.

"That's because we were worried you couldn't take the new after your dad passed away. Besides, we didn't know if it was true or not..." Gary confronted her.

"How did this happen?" Ji Hyo slided to the ground as she sobbed.

"Noona, please don't cry again, this was exactly why we didn't want to tell you," Kwang Soo said.

Without a word, Ji Hyo went into the toilet, leaving the rest in the corridor.

"You guys go visit Jae Suk hyung first, I'll be right there with Ji Hyo," Gary ruffled his hair as he threw his cap on the floor.

"But.." Joong Ki spluttered.

"Go! We really need some time alone!" Gary cried out.

Unwillingly, the others followed Gary's orders.

In the toilet, Ji Hyo recalled about the unfortunate events which happened in the past year. It seemed like she was the cause of all these, and the members were also unwilling suffered because of her.

Suk Jin was jailed, Jae Suk hospitalized, her dad passed away, and the company was now controlled by other people. The thought of killing herself immediately flashed through her mind.

"Why? Why?" she screamed at the top of her lungs as she locked herself in a cubicle. She exhaled deeply and had made up her mind about something.

Immediately, Gary heard this and without thinking, he rushed into the females' toilet.

"Ji Hyo, are you there? Are you alright?" Gary banged the door incessantly.

With no response, Gary got impatient and used all his force to bang the door. After several unsuccessful attempts, he managed to open the door.

Ji Hyo's head was full of blood, and she was leaning against the toilet, and the scene was gruesome. Gary rushed to Ji Hyo and cradled her tightly, while shaking her lightly.

"Ji Hyo? Ji Hyo? Please wake up! Someone help!" Gary hollered.

(In Jae Suk's ward...)

Kwang Soo, Jong Kook and Haha walked in solemnly. On the other hand, Jae Suk was reading a magazine.

'I thought you guys wouldn't visit me!' Jae Suk teased them.

'Sorry, it's just that we were busy and a lot has happened...' Jong Kook spoke.

'What's wrong?' Jae Suk was clueless.

Afree filling him in on what had happened, Jae Suk sighed.

'I can't believe all these had happened... How's Ji Hyo coping with all these?' Even Jae Suk was concerned.

'Not very well. Ji Hyo noona was crying just now...,' Kwang Soo replied.

'Right now, she needs as much of our support she can. We have to be there for her, even in this crisis,' Jae Suk frowned.

'I agree,' Everyone nodded.

'More importantly, Gary's love for her...' Jae Suk nodded.

As if on cue, Gary's shouts could be suddenly heard.

Immediately, everyone bolted to the toilet, including Jae Suk.

'What happened?' Joong Ki's eyes widened.

'Call the doctor!' Gary was tearing up as he howled.

Within seconds, nurses and doctors flooded into the toilet and carried Ji Hyo onto a stretcher.

All of them followed the stretcher, as it was being pushed into the emergency room.

'Ji Hyo ah, promise me you would be fine... I need you...' Gary held Ji Hyo's hands tightly.

As they reached the operating theatre, Gary wanted to budge in with Ji Hyo, but were being stopped by his friends.

Even after the door to the operation room was shut, Gary still wanted to go in.

All of a sudden, Jong Kook punched Gary in the face so as to let him come back to his senses. Now, Jong Kook was the one being held back by the others.

'Kang Gary! Do you think Ji Hyo want to see you in this state? If you go in, you will only interrupt the doctors who are trying to operate on Ji Hyo!' Jong Kook roared.

Shedding a tear, Gary began staggering towards the opposite direction of the operating room. He then wiped the blood which was trickling down his lips.

'Please be alright. Ji Hyo, I can't afford to lose you again...' Gary thought as he prayed silently.
