Chapter 69-The Commotion

'Me?' Ji Hyo shifted her feet uncomfortably.

'Yep, everyone please leave the room,' the door was unlocked instantly.

'Ji Hyo...' Gary stared at Ji Hyo and did not want to let her go. Ji Hyo and Gary started to cry again.

'10,9,8...' the Boss started her annoying countdown again.

Everyone hesitantly left the room after much persuasion.

Eun Hye and the PD were the first ones to leave.

'No wonder the PD blushed when Eun Hye was the guest and he must have invited her...' Ji Hyo was disgusted.

'Just go, I'll be safe,' Ji Hyo pushed Gary and the out of the room while wiping her tears.

The door was now locked again.

'What do you want?' Ji Hyo clenched her fists.

'Someone's angry. Well, let's play a game. This game requires your intelligence,' the Boss winked.

Ji Hyo remained silent, unfazed by the Boss.

'It's very simple. You will have 30 seconds to guess my identity,' the Boss spoke.

'Are you so bored that you want people to play with you?' Bad Ji Hyo appeared.

'The time starts now, Ace Ji Hyo,' The Boss began yet another countdown.

'Oh god. Is it Suk Jin oopa? It can't possibly be, he's still in jail... I can't believe I'm just going to die like this...' Ji Hyo bit her upper lip.

After what seemed like less than 30 seconds, the Boss said, 'What's your answer, smarty-pants?' the Boss waved.

Ji Hyo shrugged, but had a sudden realization.

'Wait, you're a girl!' Ji Hyo blamed herself for being so stupid along, thinking that the Boss was a guy.

'What... are.. you talking.. a...about?' the Boss stammered.

'Your nails, aren't they pretty,' It was score one for Ji Hyo.

'Oh...' the Boss hid her hands.

'Well, I think I know who you are. After several observations, I conclude that you are...' Ji Hyo felt like she was a policewoman who had just arrested a criminal.

She was pretty confident of her answer and was proud of herself.

'Long time no see, you really think I don't know who you are?"

(Outside the room...)

The members, Nick and Eun Hye were still trapped inside as the door to the main entrance was locked.

'You heartless scumbag! Why did you pick Ji Hyo?' Gary threw a punch at Nick, making Nick fall over.

This time, nobody stopped Gary.

Eun Hye helped Nick up and said, "Are you alright?"

"Yea," Nick wiped the blood on his lips.

"Hyung, stop," Kwang Soo pulled Gary back.

"Why? If something happens to Ji Hyo, it's this rascal's fault!" Gary howled.

"He had to choose someone..It had to be one of us..." Kwang Soo reasoned.

"So you're siding with him now?"But why Ji Hyo... He could have just chosen me..." Gary grabbed Nick's collar and pushed him.

Out of the blue, Nick passed out, followed by Eun Hye.

"Hyung!" Joong Ki pointed out.

"Eun Hye ah, what's wrong?" Jong Kook rushed over to the unconscious Eun Hye.

"I bet they are putting on an act," Jae Suk was doubtful.

"What's the commotion?" The boss finally appeared.

"You heartless villian!" Gary advanced on the boss and tackled her.

Swiftly, the boss jumped, leaving the others in shock.

"Daebak!" Haha exclaimed.

"Don't even try! Song Ji Hyo, come out!" the Boss commanded.

The door clicked, and Ji Hyo appeared. Her expression changed, her eyes were widened, and her nostrils were flaring. 

"Ji Hyo ah, what's wrong?" Jae Suk was startled.

From her pocket, Ji Hyo took out a knife and her hands closed into fists. She pointed the knife at Gary and charged at him without another word. 

Under the bright lights, the knife glistened.

Taken aback, Gary avoided the knife by stepping to the side. However, Jong Kook grabbed Ji Hyo's wrists and attempted to take the sharp knife from Ji Hyo.

Seeing how insane Ji Hyo had looked, Jong Kook was flustered and knocked Ji Hyo out. 

With a 'clink', the knife dropped onto the ground.

"Sorry, Ji Hyo.." Jong Kook murmured.

Gary promptly picked up the knife and took a step towards the Boss and said, 'And now you shall pay the price.'
