"Ji Hyo?" Eun Hye approached Ji Hyo.
"Yes?" Ji Hyo answered, still wary of Eun Hye as she might have something up her sleeve.
'Did the PD ask you to eliminate me?' Eun Hye asked.
'No, as I said, I figured it out myself,' Ji Hyo was frustrated.
'Oh okay,' Eun Hye replied.
'That means she's really smart,' Eun Hye was afraid that her plans will be exposed if it was carried out.
After the running man members had a sumptuous dinner with Eun Hye, they went home respectively.
Upon reaching home, Ji Hyo sat down on her new, luxurious leather sofa, which she had bought recently.
She was very exhausted and was about to take a shower. She casually scanned her surroundings and her eyes landed on the 2 metre statue of herself which Kwang Soo gave her on her birthday.
Upon closer inspection, Ji Hyo saw a tiny red dot in the statue's eye. Surprised by this, she immediately called Gary over to her house and wanted to inform him about her discovery.
After twenty minutes which Ji Hyo did nothing, Gary arrived with three men.
'Who're they?' Ji Hyo opened the door to let the four men in.
'They're my friends. They will bring the statue away and destroy it,' Gary answered.
'Destroy? When did I say to destroy it?' Ji Hyo gasped in shock, before greeting Gary's friends.
'I have a feeling the statue is dangerous or something,' Gary approached the statue of Ji Hyo and scrutinized it.
'There's this red beam,' Ji Hyo pointed out to Gary.
'Don't worry, I'll get rid of it,' Gary promised.
'Call me later and be safe, Gary! Thank you everyone!' Ji Hyo bowed.
With all their strength, the four men managed to move the statue into a truck which they drove.
'I love you!' Ji Hyo placed a kiss on Gary's cheek.
'Can't say the same,' Gary joked and kissed Ji Hyo.
After being forced to separate by Gary's friends, Gary left reluctantly. Both of them had missed each other a lot.
Ji Hyo proceeded to take a shower and went to lie in bed. Insomnia crept upon her as she kept on thinking about Gary. Around half an hour later, Gary didn't call Ji Hyo at all, which worried her.
Just then, Ji Hyo received a call. Delighted, she picked up the call without even checking the caller ID.
"Hello? Gary?" Ji Hyo heaved a sigh of relief.
"Hello? Ji Hyo ah?" It was Jong Kook.
"Yes?" Ji Hyo was disappointed.
"I have a bad news, Gary's in the hospital," Jong Kook spoke in a slow manner.
"What?" Ji Hyo was awestruck.
"I'll come to pick you up," Jong Kook hurriedly hung up.
Ji Hyo was just sitting on her bed, dismayed by what had happened, for five minutes.
After that, Jong Kook had knocked the door.
"Ji Hyo?" Jong Kook banged the door countlessly, after not getting any response from Ji Hyo.
Ji Hyo then started to walk to the the door and opened it.
"Ji Hyo ah, you scared me! Let's go to the hospital!" Jong Kook pulled Ji Hyo into his car.
In the car, Ji Hyo kept on asking questions.
"What happened? Is he okay?" Ji Hyo was very anxious.
"I'll tell you what had happened later," Jong Kook's car accelerated quickly.
During the whole ride, Ji Hyo couldn't sit still. She just couldn't wait to get to the hospital to find out what had happened.
Upon reaching the hospital, Jong Kook quickly parked his car, and then the pair bolted into the hospital.
Haha and Jae Suk were already in the hospital, with solemn looks on their face.
"What happened? Is he alright?" Ji Hyo hollered, which received much attention.
"Ji Hyo ah, calm down. There was a bomb in the statue..." Jae Suk stammered.
"And then the statue suddenly exploded, there was fire everywhere. Luckily, Gary wasn't in the truck with the statue and was driving his car, following the truck. The car overturned and Gary was in it. His friends didn't make it, and he's still in operation," Haha explained as he looked down.
Ji Hyo fell onto the floor immediately and started to bawl. Jae Suk wanted to approach her but Jong Kook stopped him. He said that Ji Hyo had to release her emotions.
After sobbing for ten minutes, the doctors and nurses finally came out.
"How is he?" Ji Hyo demanded, gripping one of the surgeon's shirt.
"He is fine. He had a close shave with death. I must say, he is very brave as his heartbeat almost stopped. He's in a coma now as he had a really bad concussion," the surgeon left with the nurses, after Ji Hyo had released her grip.
Ji Hyo didn't know whether to weep in sorrow or be overjoyed. Gary survived. But it was still partly, no mainly, her fault.
"I murdered three men and almost killed my boyfriend," Ji Hyo thought in shame.
"Maybe the best thing to do is to break up with Gary Oppa so he won't get hurt again in the future," Ji Hyo murmured in anguish.
