Chapter 22-In The Hospital

Just as Gary was in deep thoughts, Ji Hyo fainted in Jong Kook's arms.

'Yah!' Jong Kook stared at the unconscious Ji Hyo.

The running man members were shocked and their mouths were wide opened. The paramedics then laid Ji Hyo down on a stretcher, into an ambulance.

Gary and Jong Kook then quickly took the two seats in the ambulance, while the other running man members followed behind in a van.

'This is kind of the same when Nick was sent to the hospital,' Gary muttered, while Jong Kook held Ji Hyo's hands tightly.

Both of them were very worried about Ji Hyo as they stared at her every second on the ambulance.

Five minutes later, they arrived at the nearest hospital. Ji Hyo was then sent into an examination room and was going to be examined by a doctor.

Coincidently, the examination room was near the ward where Nick was in. Eun Hye was surprised when they saw the running man members and soon knew what happened to Ji Hyo after a clear explanation by them.

Jong Kook also got an arm cast and was feeling fine after the doctor's treatment.

After some time, a doctor approached them. 'It must be about Ji Hyo or Nick,' the running man members and Eun Hye thought, feeling glad.

But it wasn't what they were thinking of.

'Excuse me, but do any of you know Mr Lee Kwang Soo? It seems like he urgently wants to talk to all of the running man cast members. He's in ward number 3, in room 401,' the doctor adjusted his glasses as he spoke.

The running man members felt disappointed, and Eun Hye promptly rolled her eyes.

'Yes, we will go there shortly,' Suk Jin answered and the doctor left.

'Yah, why did you say that, Suk Jin?' Jae Suk sat down on a chair.

'The doctor says he wants to speak to all of us urgently, it must be something very important,' Suk Jin pointed out, feeling impatient.

It was clear that Suk Jin and Kwang Soo's relationship was the closest among the members.

'What can be so important? He's a kidnapper after all,' Haha mumbled to himself, feeling indignant.

'Let's go,' Suk Jin started to walk to Kwang Soo's ward.

'I'll stay,' Jong Kook insisted.

'Oppa, don't worry, I'll stay here,' Eun Hye said.

'But…' Jong Kook stuttered.

'It's okay. Go along oppa…' Eun Hye reassured him.

Jong Kook and the others then followed Suk Jin to Kwang Soo's ward. They were feeling more disappointed and angry towards him than sympathy.

Soon, they reached Kwang Soo's ward. He immediately sat up and his face revealed that he was surprised.

'What on earth happened? Why am I even in the hospital?' Kwang Soo questioned.

'What?' the other running man members answered back in unison, feeling totally apalled and shocked.
