Chapter 33-An Evil Plan

"Why calm down? You stole my girlfriend!" Nick pointed at Gary, then at Ji Hyo.

"It's not like that! That was in the past!" Ji Hyo cried.

"No, you're supposed to be with me! Remember that time we were at the beach and you wrote ''Ji Hyo and Nick forever''?' Nick responded.

'That was all in the past, you lost your memory!' Ji Hyo exclaimed, feeling exasperated.

'But I still love you!' Nick insisted.

All this time, Gary used the opportunity to take a big turn without Nick knowing. He was now right beside Nick.

Gary then quickly stepped in front of him, pulling Nick forward, causing Nick to fall on him.

Ji Hyo and Nick were dumbfounded, as everything happened too fast. Gary then pinned Nick to the ground, not allowing him to move at all. Nick started to struggle, but to no avail.

Just then, Jong Kook, some men dressed in tuxedo suits, and a few nurses arrived at the rooftop. The guards seized Nick, while one of the nurses injected Nick and he fainted.

'What is she doing?' Ji Hyo asked, with Gary standing next to her.

'It's a drug to control him. Don't worry, he'll wake up later.' Jong Kook reassured them.

'More like to make him faint,' Ji Hyo blurted out.

'You can put it in that way,' Jong Kook replied.

'By the way, how did you know we were here?' Ji Hyo asked.

'Oh, I heard Nick's scream and saw you guys running and I followed behind. I saw what happened and called some guards and nurses over,' Jong Kook gave a detailed explaination, clearing Ji Hyo's doubt.

'Thank you, Jong Kook oppa!' Ji Hyo pecked on Jong Kook's cheek as a sign of gratitude, leaving the lonely and jealous Gary at the side.

After Nick was brought away and sent to a ward, Ji Hyo went to the restroom and bumped into Eun Hye outside.

'Sorry!' Mong Ji Hyo apologised and realised it was Eun Hye.

'Song Ji Hyo, it's you again. Why did you bump into me?' Eun Hye asked as she folded her arms.

'It was just an accident. I was just thinking about what happened to Nick just now,' Ji Hyo answered.

'Oh, you meant the kiss?' Ji Hyo guessed that Eun Hye did not know what happened on the rooftop.

'Can't believe my plan failed.' Eun Hye mumbled. 'You and Gary got back together after Nick and you kissed right?' Eun Hye asked curiously as she pointed at Ji Hyo.

'Yes, but how did you know? And what plan?' Ji Hyo was confused.

'I guess there's no point to hide from you anymore. I purposely asked Gary to go check on Nick and you. I knew something would happen between you and Nick. And it did. But unfortunately, my plan failed.' Eun Hye sighed.

'But why did you do that?' Ji Hyo was now furious.

'I just don't want you to be happy. Like how you stole Nick from me, stealing our love and happiness away from me. I will destroy the relationship between you and that Monday Boyfriend of yours. It was a part of my evil plan,' Eun Hye smirked.

'You…' Ji Hyo stuttered, and was now speechless.
