"You guys won't understand me, he really texted me that he'll come back to Korea and look for me. I bet he even hired people to check where I am now." Haha muttered to himself. "Not even Eun Ji would understand me", he thought.
"Oppa, we will. Don't worry, we'll help you," It was as if Eun Ji heard Haha's thoughts and her face showed confidence.
"Fine. All of you want to know more about him? He is a gambler, he likes to take drugs and even likes to drink. He's so bad that I cannot describe him. Most of the times, he even beats my mother. Even if I run away now, he will find me eventually!' As Haha finished, a tear trickled down his face.
'Oh my…' Eun Hye sputtered out.
Soon, the room was filled with silence.
'Oppa, what can we do for you?' Ji Hyo bravely spoke up as she clasped Gary's hand tightly.
'You two got together?' Haha cracked a smile as he saw both of them holding hands.
'Yea,' Gary gazed at at Ji Hyo lovingly.
'Congrats!' Haha said genuinely.
'Ayy, don't changed the topic!' Jae Suk pointed at Haha.
'Yeah oppa, what can we…' Ji Hyo was cut off by the loud, swinging door. Eun Hye who was next to the door, was pushed by it and fell. Jae Suk immediately helped her up and Eun Hye was feeling angry towards the person who swung the door so hard.
A man with torn clothing and a dirty brown jacket walked in, with his eyebrows knitted in anger. He had filth all over his face and clothes, and was very fierce-looking. One of his hands was clutching his jacket and something was indeed, bulging in his jacket.
'Omo,' Haha yelped as he hid under his blanket and acted as if he was a child who was really afraid of his father.
Upon seeing Haha's reactions, everyone could deduce that that man was Haha's father.
'Haha oppa is so cheerful, yet his father looks so fierce. They're the opposite of each other. And luckily, I didn't get injured,' Eun Hye glared at Haha's father.
'Ha Dong Hoon! Why didn't you give me money this month?' Haha's father demanded as something hissed in his jacket.
Everyone was momentarily stunned and pitied Haha as it seems to them that Haha had to give money to his father every month.
'If you want to gamble, don't ask money from me,' Haha looked up and stared into his father's eyes which was now filled with anger.
'Yah, you unfillial son! You want me to make a scene in front of your rude friends?' His father shouted as he pointed at the others.
'Rude?' Ji Hyo said all of a sudden.
The other people in the room was also confused by the word 'rude'.
'You youngsters didn't even greet me when I came in,' he stared straight into Ji Hyo's eyes, which frightened her a little.
The others realised they were so shocked by what happened that all of them forgot to greet him and felt embarrassed.
After greeting him and a brief introduction, Haha's father turned around and scowled at his son, 'So, do you still want to give me the money now?'
'No', Haha answered as he looked away. His one-worded answer took his father by surprised as he didn't expect that answer.
Everyone stood by the side, in silence, looking at each other.
'Fine,' Immediately, Haha's father, out of a sudden, took out a yellow snake which had dark spots all over it from his jacket and grinned proudly at it.
The word 'Ahh!' came out from everyone's mouths, as they retreated further away from Haha's father, taken aback by the snake, including Haha.
(Why do you think Haha's father has a snake in his jacket? Find out soon! Remember to vote and comment!! Ty!)
