"Are you crazy?" I asked.

"Are you? She has been alive for years now. What do you think would happen if she remembers you by the slightest? " Gyu said.

"I saved her that day by not killing her. I was protecting her from my parents," I said.

"Do you really think they won't find out that you didn't take the kill that night and let her live?" he states the obvious that has been irritating me all these years.

"they won't find out. If they did, I would find her and hide her from them. " I tried finding a solution.

"And you just think that wolf will let you or did you forget Soobin is her guard dog," He says.

"Stop this, Gyu. Look, I get it, okay? I messed up, but I couldn't kill her. Her scent paralyzed me. I couldn't kill her even if I wanted to, " I say.

"What does that even mean?" He asked, walking over to me.

"It's a blood bond only happens once in a vampire's lifetime," I said.

He was very confused, but I couldn't tell him what that really meant. If my parents found out, they would hunt her to end the earth,turn her, and corce the transition for the ceremony. I won't force that on her when she lost her family to mine. 

"Just drop it okay promise me," I whisper.

"Fine, but we still need to hunt this season, so if we aren't going into the city for people that'll force us into the woods where hunters already have traps set. Soobin set one off, trying to prove a point to her, that is until he sniffed me out, " he said.

Why is finding food so hard?

"Time to be a high school student again than," I said.

I hate school it's boring after being here forever. I never wanted to go back.

"But I just finished a few years ago," he said.

"Exactly, which is why I meant me," I said.

"Oh, of course you did," he fake laughed.
