Harry's POV
A pounding pain to my temple shakes me from the deep end of unconsciousness, everything around me in complete darkness but I couldn't begin to understand why, all I could focus on was the growing pain to my head. What the fuck happened? All I remembered was leaving the house with Davina when she started questioning me about something.
I start becoming slowly more aware of the sensations in my body and the things around me. The first thing I noticed was the liquid dripping from my forehead running all the way down my cheek, then the heaviness of my head to the point I could barely keep it up by myself, it felt as if my neck couldn't even hold its weight.
My arms were painfully pulled around my back, twisting my wrists and hissing when I noticed a cold and sharp metal restraining my arms. Panic starts building up on my chest when I realize I couldn't move at all, only twisting my neck in any angle I could but the pain soon overrode the urge to move. It was so fucking dark I didn't know if my eyes were open, there wasn't any kind of cloth around my face so I'm guessing there was just no light.
Where the fuck am I? Where's Davina? Oh my god did I crash the car... am I dead? I don't think being dead should hurt this much.
Then the thought hits me again like a train. Davina. I start breathing heavily, my chest rising up and down with difficulty but I take in the oxygen regardless. Forcing my eyes to pry open, I start looking around the dark room, trying to get adjusted to the low lighting but it's not working and only makes the worry grow. The room was damp and cold, the floor under me most likely cement from how hard it felt, the room was definitely wide since I could hear the echo of even my own ragged breathing.
A constant and agonizing drip of water came from somewhere on my right. It was so fucking deafening.
My vision slowly adjusts to the low lighting, I could only make out the silhouette of a door on the far left but still had to squint. Looking around me I realize I was sitting on the ground, tied to a water pipe with what I'm guessing are handcuffs, that's where the drip is coming from. I turn left and right and begin seeing a little clearer, there was a small window to the top left but it was covered with some sort of fabric so barely any light got in.
I then notice a laying figure near a wall, just about three meters in front of me. I gaze my eyes down its length and notice it's a person, my breath hitching in my throat because even though the person's face wasn't visible, I could recognize that dress anywhere. Davina.
The fog in my brain starts clearing and I remember what had brought us here in the first place. Davina got a call from Zayn and dragged me to come get him. We had an argument in the car and I- I said some stupid fucking shit, didn't I? She was crying but I can't remember why, I just know I hurt her with something I said. What have you done Harry.
I remember her reddened eyes staring at me with a mix of disappointment and heartache, maybe even a little disgust and my heart sinks. Have you ever killed someone? Her words ring loudly around my brain as if she was saying them again, the hesitation in her voice twisting the knife around my throat. Do you regret it?
