"you're actually not so bad."

Today was the day of the leaders meeting.

I swooped to the open doors of the castle, and briskly walked toward the meeting room.

The room was beautiful, made for intimidation, with obsidian walls, laced with gold.

It had the most beautiful tapestries and paintings. There was a throne made of rubies, and a table of bronze.

Most of the other leaders had already sat down in their respective seats.

For each leader there was a decorated seat that matched their magic. They all called greetings to each other, smiling politely.

"Good morning, Diana," I said to the middle aged moon queen.

"Good morning." she replied pleasantly.

I saw that all the seats were filled.

"Order" I roared. In case you're wondering, we were all in our dragon forms. Everyone quieted immediately.

"First things first." I said more quietly. "I'm very sorry to say, our prophecy leader has passed away." everyone murmured sadly. "On a happier note we get Zyair as the leader of the prophecy dragons."

Everyone cheered.

Zyair was the apprentice of the old queen, and she had no heirs so Zyair took over.

After a minute I called everyone back from their bitter-sweetness. "Okay, we do have a point to this." I informed them.

"The rebellion has gotten worse," I told them grimly. "We don't know where any rebellion bases are or if they have them." "actually," said the luck dragon queen "we found a base a couple days ago, and we decided to tell everyone here"

"excellent" I said "I want you to raid them a soon as possible" I said "take prisoners and use all means necessary to get any information" I told her

"do you need reinforcements?" I asked her

"no" she told me. "Amazing, send a messenger as soon as you can when you're done" I ordered "okay" she said.

We checked in knowledge of the rebellion, kingdom affairs, and so much more. It was almost night when we finished, and I was exhausted. Jelequi I thought. I was becoming too dependent on her.

This was dangerous. I sighed and headed out of the palace.

Flying over the forest I saw a lone figure.

They looked like a ghost with white hair and light colored clothes. I swooped down, to see who it was and then realized.

It was Xentri. I couldn't quite tell what she was doing. She looked like a ghost, with her white hair and light colored clothes.

I swooped down and landed in front of her "Xentri" I said.

As I landed, Xentri fell down in shock.

Xentri quickly stopped some ice shards from stabbing me in the face, which I was grateful for because I like my face.

"What the hell!?" Xentri yelled at me,

"why the hell did you land there!?" "Where else would I land?" I asked "if I landed beside or behind you the chances of being impaled would be much higher." Like I said, I like my face.

"Whatever.. Anyways, what do you want, dragon?"

"First of all," I said "my name is Seraphina, and second, I was just going for a night fly and happened to see you." "Why would you come down to the ground, just because you saw me?" Xentri asked, getting up off the ground. "Don't flatter yourself" I said, because I didn't want her to get the idea that she was that important to me."but yes"
