Jelequi nodded. "And how could you live with that wondering if everything you do is fake." i said "Yeah." Jelequi mumbled, still holding my hand. I squeezed it tightly, hugging Jelequi. "So cute.." Amharic mumbled. "Stop it, you" I snapped, though smiling. Amharic smiled, "Why?" I stayed silent. I honestly had no good reason. Jelequi hugged me close. I hugged Jelequi back smiling. Xentri laughed, "We are all such a mess.." "you just noticed?" I replied. "No duh. Have you seen how we all act?" Xentri pointed out. I laughed, saying "we're the more messy ones though" I pointed out to Xentri. "Because we each have at least one dead parent?" Xentri asked. "That too, but i was thinking that we had both you know... killed people" I mentioned. "Oh, yeah. I don't actually think I've managed to kill anyone, but I've tried." Xentri mentioned. "Same thing" I said. Jelequi looked at me, "Didn't you kill that..." "what?" I asked. "You mean the gang member?" "Yeah." Jelequi said. "He was trying to hurt you," I replied unapologetically. "Still means you've killed someone." Jelequi mentioned. "Oh, so you've already taken one guy out?" Xentri asked, "One less to worry about now." I nodded, grinning slightly, and hugging Jelequi tighter. Jelequi giggled quietly, hugging back. "You guys can take a break if you want." Xentri suggested. I shrugged, looking to see what Jelequi thought. "I guess, if you want to Seraphina." Jelequi said. "I don't mind either way," I said. "Enjoy your date." Amharic said. Jelequi's face went pink, as she quickly dragging me out of the shop. "I didn't even say anything this time" I yelled at amharic as the shop door closed. Jelequi laughed, "Let's just go. Do you want to go for a walk, or do the flying.." Jelequi asked. "Whatever you want to do. If you feel okay to fly today..." "Well, let's just walk to the forest, and if I feel okay then, we can." Jelequi said, taking my hand. "Okay" I replied. We began off to the forest, winding through the street, getting to the edge of the city. I hummed a soft song that was a lullaby. Jelequi smiled, us heading into the forest. We walked for a while, soon arriving in the clearing. I sighed contentedly. "I think I'll be okay to f-fly a little..." Jelequi mumbled nervously. "Okay" I said. I hugged Jelequi softly. Jelequi hugged back. I pulled back, shifting into a dragon. Jelequi carefully climbed on. I lifted off a little, carefully for Jelequi. Jelequi held on tightly, as other times. I only lifted off a little. "This is how high I need to go to fly with you," she told Jelequi. "I would never need to go higher." "A-alright... I th-think I'll be able to handle it... A-as long as I don't look down..." Jelequi muttered, still holding on tightly. I flew down with her. Jelequi hopped off carefully. I turned human. Jelequi hugged me close. I could feel Jelequi shaking slightly. I held her close. "I don't think I would be able to do this without you..." Jelequi murmured. "Thank you," I whispered. Jelequi stayed quiet, just hugging me close. I smiled slightly. "When do you think we are going to go find the earth element?" Jelequi asked. "I don't know," I replied. "What do you think?" "Once I'm comfortable, at least somewhat... Maybe a week or two?" "Of course. Take whatever time you need." I said gently. Jelequi smiled softly, "thank you..." "Of course." I said. "Should we head back to the shop?" Jelequi asked. "Okay." Jelequi took my hand.

"Welcome back." Amharic said as they entered the shop. "Mhm" I said. "How was the date?" Amharic asked. "Stop calling it that!" Jelequi yelled at them. I squeezed Jelequi's hand. Jelequi smiled softly at me. "That wasn't very long." Xentri mentioned. "We don't have to have a long break." Jelequi replied. "Yeah," I agreed. Jelequi smiled. "Well, how are you two?" Amharic asked. "I'm good." Jelequi said. "Good," I said. "Nice!" Amharic smiled. "How about you two?" I asked. "I'm great!" Amharic said. "I'm fine." Xentri replied. I nodded. Jelequi hugged me close. I hugged back. Amharic laughed, "So cute!" "Just wait until I see you and Stevini together next!" I sang, smiling evilly. "Oh, whatever." Amharic puffed out their cheeks. "So you can give it but you can't take it?" I teased. "You can tease me all you want, but at least I told my crush!" Amharic mentioned. "Because of a truth or dare game" I shot back "Whatever, I still told him!" Amharic complained. "Hah, as if i wouldn't tell my crush during a truth or dare game" I scoffed. "I know what I'm doing next time I get to play truth or dare with you." Amharic said, evilly smiling. "Not to self, never play truth or dare with amharic" I noted. "Hey!" Amharic crossed their arms in annoyance. "Just because I would tell my crush in a truth of dare game doesn't mean I want to." I snapped. Amharic laughed, seeming to find all of this so funny. I blushed. "Amharic, stop annoying Seraphina!" Jelequi told them. "Aww... alright." Amharic said. I giggled. Xentri looked over to them, "You guys are weird." "Of course we are," I said. "Yeah, it's kinda obvious." Amharic mentioned. Jelequi nodded. "I love how we don't even deny it," I laughed. "Why would we? We are weird." Amharic said. "I know," I said. Jelequi smiled, giggling slightly. I hummed softly.

The day passed, them just hanging out in the shop. I noticed the sky darkening, yawning. "I'll be going now, it's getting late." Xentri said. "Okay" I said. Xentri left the shop, Amharic skipping out behind her. "Can I stay the night?" I asked. "Of course!" Jelequi said, her and I heading back into Jelequi's home. "Want to read?" I asked. "Sure." Jelequi responded, grabbing one of the books. I took one of my own. Jelequi opened it, beginning to read. we settled down to read, peaceful silence falling between them.

We read for a while, the moon peering through the window. I had noticed that Jelequi had fallen asleep on her. I smiled softly, putting my arms around Jelequi and making sure she was comfortable, before drifting off to sleep as well.
