Nate knocked lightly on Jules door at around 4am, to take her for weigh-in and blood tests like normal. She looked tired as she was wrapped up in the thin hospital gown, she had got used to stepping on the scales every morning, but for some reason this morning, she found it extremely difficult. Jules stood staring at the scales, the burden of her life, the nurse seem bored of her job and gave no support. Instead she just grabbed onto Jules's cut arm, and dragged her onto the scale. Jules was just another patient in her eyes, just another number.

Jules aggressively pushed away from the nurse, "what the fuck!"

"Calm down Jules, it's not a big deal."

"You don't just grab me like that."

"I'm not spending hours trying to get you onto the scales Jules."

"You didn't even give me chance!"

"You are being dramatic. Take a breath, you are done here thank you."

"Fuck you."

"Yep okay Jules, that will be going on your record."

"Put it on my pissing record, wait until they find out you fucking put your hands on me."

"Oh get over it." Jules turned to take her anger out on the nurse, however the nurse pushed her back before she could, Jules fell to the ground hitting her head in the process. Her eyesight was full of stars as she attempted to sit up, the nurse pressed the emergency button, as Nate and some nurses flooded into the room. He stood there staring at the nurse and then quickly knelt down to assist Jules.

"Jules, are you okay?" She sat up painfully, holding onto her now throbbing head, while a dizzy spell overtook her senses; so in repercussion she placed her head between her knees. Now feeling an aching pain on her tailbone, "Jules?"

"Mmm."

"What's happened here?" Nate was taking charge as the narcissistic nurse played along with the situation.

"She just fell back, must have been one of her dizzy spells, or due to the reason she was in the hospital."

"You fucking liar."

"Jules? What do you mean by that?"

"She pushed me."

"Nate are you seriously going to believe a patient over me?"

He took a breath in, "right are you feeling okay Jules? No headache, sickness, ringing?"

"No."

"Just a throbbing head I assume. I'll log it into your records, I need you to tell me or someone else if a headache begins or you feel sick, okay?" Is he seriously just going to brush this off? "As for the details of what happened, I want a recollection from both of you separately. Jules i'll get you back to your room and we can do it there so you can go back to bed after." He led the rather dazed girl back to her room, grabbing a report form on the way, before they reached her room. Jules went and sat back in her bed, and Nate stood in her room for a while, "is it okay if I sit in the chair?"

Jules was confused, "yeah, why?"

"Well I mean it's normally where Tom sits."

"It's fine," she rubbed her sore head.

"Thank you," he looked concerned at Jules, "you sure you are okay, not just pretending?"

"I'm fine Nate."

"You know what, I made Tom a promise, that I would look after you and keep you safe when he wasn't on shift. I very much feel like I haven't kept up on that."
