"We're you upset when you found out you were still alive?"

"No. Most people don't want to die, they just want the suffering that they have to endure, day in day out, to end."

"I'm sorry no one saw you struggle. No one saw your eyes draining. No one noticed the long sleeves, the hollow cheeks. No one saw you losing the ability to live. But I did. I do. I saw it. I see it. And I'm sorry..."

Her lifeless body cradled the cold floor.

She no longer cried for help.

What has happened? What have you done? What have they done?

There is always a burning desire within you, you may not realise it, or even feel it; but it is there. Just like your mind is begging to know what has happened, your eyes are scattering the page to find details. That burning desire to find out more... Now think about that burning. Have you felt it before? Maybe you were born into a burning house, and now you think the whole world is on fire? But it's not. Is it? Or are some people's world on fire and others not?

Well I think Jules was one of the unfortunate people to be born into a burning house. She was born into an open flame, the heat would burn up and create her rosy red cheeks. Was Jules gifted to the burning house? Or was the house her already pre made casket? Yet no one else could see the burning house but Jules. Not until she came running out of that house, burnt and damaged was it when people noticed. And no not the burning house, but the burning girl. Because it's her fault... right? But still Jules was placed into that house, she was told it would protect her, never burn her, that fiery hot flame would refuse to engulf her.

However Jules escaped burnt, she escaped with every trauma that those flames held within those walls. The flames engulfed her alright. Took every part way from her. Hence how Jules is scared to get burnt, every time a spark erupts. She shuts down again, every single time, she sacrifices herself to the flames time and time again. Jules gave into the boiling temperatures, allowing the sweat droplets to soak into her draping clothes. But not every flame is a house fire. Not every burn will go unnoticed.

It burns though. Jules can feel it. She on fire. It's on fire. The house is on fire. Can't you feel it? Doesn't it sting? Don't your lungs fill up with thick grey smoke? How does this not hurt you? It's hurting Jules. Everyone tells her that it isn't real, then why is she in pain?

They say when you are born into a burning fire, you believe the whole world is on fire. But what if it is?

Carson panned his vision out to Jules, was it Jules? His eyes seem to be deceiving him recently, her curly hair covered her face like a mask and Carson couldn't make out what was happening, someone shoved past him helping the doctor to regain his senses. Doctor Carson had to compose himself as he walked closer to the girl. Yet to his surprise a flash of red hair caught his eye further down the hallway, their were two girls being restrained at the same time. Jules and Ekko. What have they done?

But she's safe. Nurses and occupational therapist swarmed to Ekko, as Carson went in the opposite direction to Jules. She was panicking, Jules was the one screaming for Tom and Carson, but it wasn't the girl he was looking at. Admittedly she wasn't in as much of a state as Ekko but she was still struggling, the Doctor spotted the blood that was on both of the girls. Jules's ear piercing screams sent shivers down the whole of his body, she was scared all the while she was being restrained to the floor.

"Jules it's okay." She shook her head, as he crouched down to her, "you did the right thing." The staff let go of the girl as Carson ushered her to sit up.

"She's hurt," Jules voice shook.

"Okay, and they will get Ekko some medical attention. Are you okay Jules? Are you hurt?" Specks of blood tainted her grey jumper.
