The lights were off but none of them were sleeping.

Perrie's bed was big enough for the three of them to lie in it.

Jade scrolled through her phone while lying on her side, barely paying attention to what was on her screen.

Perrie lay on her back with squinting eyes staring at her own phone.

Leigh was in the middle, looking at the ceiling.

They had had their pizza. It tasted great. They ate it while watching horror movies. Jade and Perrie had surprisingly been way more scared than Leigh-Anne had. She had taken their fear as an opportunity to make fun of them once the movie was over and had done a little dance of victory because she had been the bravest in the room. After they had watched their movie in the theatre room, they had gone back to Perrie's room to talk about nothing and everything. When they had become delirious with exhaustion, Perrie had thought it would be funny to call Jungkook. The guy had been at that stupid party that everyone in their school was at and Perrie had chewed him out for actually going. He had felt ashamed so had gone home on camera while pouting like a puppy. It had been funny to them, even Leigh-Anne. She had spoken to him while they were on the call but not for long. She was not comfortable with him yet so had not shown the chatty side of her that Jade and Perrie now knew. At least seeing him had not freaked her out. Jungkook had not been that chatty either. He seemed to be more of a listener when it came to conversations. Perrie had filled his head with useless talking and Jade had called her out on it. Eventually the guy and Leigh-Anne had just been watching those two argue.

After that they had fallen asleep at different parts of the room before Perrie woke up and said they should head to bed. It was probably two a.m by now.

Jade yawned then looked with her tired eyes at Leigh-Anne. "You good Leigh? Not tired?"

Leigh-Anne did not answer. She just stayed staring at the ceiling.

Perrie noticed this and shone the light of her phone on her. "Lee-Lee?"

Leigh squinted by the light and then rubbed her eyes. She smiled and stretched a little before turning to her side to look at Perrie. "Mm?"

"Feeling tired?" Jade asked.

"You're asking me if I'm tired? You're the one who yawned a while ago." Leigh said with closed eyes.

"What time do you usually go to bed?" Perrie asked softly. She could not help it. She brushed down at some of Leigh's hair with a thumb.

"Not this late that's for sure." Leigh-Anne giggled.

"You look like you go to bed early." Jade commented.

Leigh turned to look at her rather than Perrie. "What does that look like?"

Jade shone her phone light in her face and snickered by the way she squinted. She reacted how Jade expected a kitten would. "Innocence."

Leigh opened her eyes to slits. "I look like innocence?"

"Mhmm. I mean, you are the only one of us here who's still a virgin." Perrie pointed out.

"You also have virgin lips. Never been kissed." Jade said softly.

"Oh yeah. In some places people get bullied for that." Perrie tapped her chin.

"Why though?" Leigh-Anne closed her eyes.

"Kids are mean. They'd bully someone about having a head if they could." Jade said.

"Guess I'm lucky to have been spared that sort of ridicule." Leigh-Anne hummed as sleep came to her eyes.
