"So you broke into her house??" Ray Ray was saying before school on Monday.
Jesy shut her locker then started walking down the hall with her books in her arms. "Well yeah I mean . . . you people don't know how it feels to be completely left out and- ha! I don't have to be left out anymore because when she saw me she didn't f*cking dissociate so take that! Hahahaha!" She rubbed her hands together.
Princeton was walking with her and Ray Ray. "Wait, did you do that to see if she'd dissociate when she saw you again?" They all knew about the incident that took place after Leigh-Anne's party on Friday. Leigh-Anne had told them. They now had a chat with her, Jade and Perrie. The girl had been pretty freaked out- as one would be- after finding Jesy in her room out of nowhere. She had apparently had to sleep with Marcy that night for fear of another potential threat showing up.
"Jesy that was pretty selfish and dangerous of you. You were out here playing with this girl's mental health. Her psychiatrist was gonna test her development with you at some point. It would have been safer if a professional monitored your interaction." Princeton was still stunned by what Jesy had done. "Your mom shoulda given you more than a simple grounding."
"What do you mean? I'm grounded to this day and it's been f*cking no fun." Jesy said angrily. "And stop acting like it was worse than it was. She didn't have no panic attack or nothing. She was calm. Most she did was scream."
"Uhhh she said she couldn't sleep." Ray Ray pointed out.
Jesy raised an eyebrow. "What are you people? Her therapists? Does she tell you everything?"
"She shares more with Jade and Perrie but when we ask how she's doing they usually tell us." Ray Ray informed.
Jesy folded her arms. "Couldn't sleep for what? I didn't even do anything to her."
"You . . . broke into her room." Prince reminded.
"But I didn't hurt her or anything."
"She was in a bathrobe and you're a predator. She asked Jade and Perrie if you sent any pictures of her to your school because she's scared of stuff like that happening again. She'd had a shower and was gonna get changed. She has a history of people being creepy and you're part of it so of course she was scared." Ray explained. "I don't think it's that you can't see these things but more like you refuse to see them. You need to apologize."
Jesy shrugged. "Fine with me."
"Wait, I don't think she wants to see you." Prince raised a finger.
Jesy stopped right in front of their class and frowned. "Yeah I broke into her room but I didn't take no pictures and I didn't even see anything. I was trying to leave anyway. She seems to think that everyone is obsessed with her when they're not."
Ray Ray and Princeton looked at each other then Jesy.
"You seem to be." Princeton said with an attitude.
Jesy blushed. "I am n- hey! This is the girl who's got all of my friends on her side and not mine. You lot never see my side but- hey she actually apologized for stealing my peeps."
"You made her apologize?" Ray groaned. "Jesy you really suck."
"I didn't ask her to. She just did."
"Why do you have this weird victim complex anyway? Did you feel better after she said she was sorry?" Prince folded his arms.
Jesy's eyes darted from left to right. "Well . . . not really. I guess I sort o' felt bad . . . especially since she also f*cking got her adoptive mum to drive me home." She remembered how shocked and confused Marcy had been. That whole experience had gone from awkward to mortifying pretty quickly. She felt a bit dirty till this moment. Her mother had been extremely upset when she finally came home. "And 'cause she's . . . she's a nice girl."
