Perrie's parents came home that night.
"Mammy!" The blonde happily hugged her mother at the door.
"Perrie baby!" Her mother held her close before they did an air kiss and she laughed. "My soon to be star!"
"Ahahaha! Look at you. Usually when we leave you home alone it leads to complete mayhem but now you're doing great things, great things." Her dad patted her shoulder as their butler shut the door.
Perrie was probably paying the least attention to her fame out of everyone. "Yup. Great things."
"Incredible things. Now," Her mum started walking fabulously to the living room while their butler took care of their bags.
Perrie knew where this was going. "Mam, are we going to start talking business?" She did not want to talk business. Business was boring.
"I was just going to give you an update on the search for your manager, agent and publicist," The woman stopped walking once she was where she wanted to be.
"Ah yes. I've been helping with the search as well." Her dad joined her.
Perrie groaned. "Okay who's going to be- wait publicist? Why do I need a publicist? I'm just an IG model."
"But you're expanding darling. L'oriel wants you in their commercials and more brands are showing interest. Your agent has been looking for more work for you. So far it seems as if she'd be able to get you on the cover of a few magazines. Eek. So exciting right?" Her mum said.
"Uhh so you got an agent?" Perrie scratched her head.
"Yes indeed." Said her dad. "Her name is Maxine Blanc. She's French by the way but she can book her people for anything anywhere." He winked.
"Mhmm. Her people means you sweetheart." Her mother laughed triumphantly. "She was asking if you'd be open to acting and singing? I mean, you've had lessons for all of those things so would you?"
Perrie could not believe all the work they had in mind for her. "Let's just stick to the things that require the least work please? Thank you." This was the longest she had spoken to them in a while. "I'm sticking with modelling for now."
"Alright. It's up to you but I do believe that you should branch out." Her mother was smirking.
"Most definitely. People need to see that you're not just a pretty face." Her dad cupped her cheeks.
Perrie smiled tightly. "Yeah sure. Anyway, I'm going to my room to text my friends. Bye." She started leaving.
"Wait! At least tell us a bit more about the lovely girl who started it all for you." Her mum called to her.
Perrie walked backwards at the mention of the love of her life. "Oh you mean Leigh-Anne?" She was twirling her hair.
"Yes. We haven't heard enough about her from you." The lady continued.
"Except that she was the catalyst for the incredible improvement we've been seeing. What about her made you change darling?" Her dad sounded curious.
Perrie thought of Leigh and sighed dreamily. "Well she just . . ." She remembered their moment on the beach. Leigh was sort of hyper back then. She had been giggling and being cute. "Couldn't stand my bad ways so in order to have a chance with her I decided to change."
The parents expected something a bit more charming but they supposed that made sense. "Good to know Pezza. Good to know." Said her mother.
"We've been telling you to be better for years now and some girl comes along and doesn't even explicitly ask anything of you and that was what led you to change?" Xander was scratching his head.
