" . . . so even though you're not on speaking terms, you've got to talk to her. She's losing it! Ruining the fun! Messing with the stakes for this f*cking girl. And now Jade's gettin' bold. Callin' us the r-word. No one here is racist. How rude is that?" a bunch of people were crowding Jesy as she retrieved books from her locker.
Ray Ray and Princeton were with her and laughing. The news had spread like wildfire. First they had heard that the dance king Hoseok had put everything on the line to have the most epic dance battle with an enemy crew from out of town but later they had heard that he was no longer putting everything on the line but just his warehouse. People had been excited to hear that he was offering to give up Jade and the hot Leigh-Anne to the enemy if he lost because that meant the scarce new girl would have to be there to be presented as a prize but after Perrie and Jesy had been added to make it spicier, everything had been thwarted and the girls were no longer in the picture because of Perrie's 'love' of Leigh-Anne. People had been shocked that the mad man dance king Hoseok had just agreed to what Perrie had said but now they were starting to think that it was because Perrie was going coo coo over this chick and even scaring big bad Hoseok into keeping Leigh-Anne off limits.
"I mean, you guys only see people of colour as sex objects so I think that that means you're racist so . . . Jade had a point. She of all people would know. Y'all have been assaulting her since she stepped foot into this school." Princeton told them.
"What's he going on about- Jesy this girl is ruining the fun now. We can't even have nice things anymore because of her and Perrie isn't even actively involved in drama. She's thwarting it now. What are we supposed to do? Study for GCSEs?" the girl said.
Jesy was not in the mood for any of this. "Who f*cking cares?" she muttered.
"What?"
"Who f*cking cares???!" Jesy snapped.
They stepped back.
"You people need to get outta that chick's ass because if you keep finding yourselves there all you're gonna do is make her get a big head and-and . . . I don't know. She already has enough attention so stop giving her more!" Jesy sounded a bit deranged.
Ray Ray and Princeton exchanged quick glances. Jesy had been moody and quiet since she came in.
"Uhhh but we're talking about you trying to get Perrie to stop hogging 'er. Why does that Leigh-Anne get such special treatment with Perrie? Now Perrie's giving Jade special treatment too. We can't even see the chick 'cause she's got no IG and . . . why in fock's name is she that hot if no one can bloody see 'er!" this person shouted.
Jesy watched as the other fools agreed.
"Perrie treats her and Jade like people? Is that what you mean?" Ray offered.
"What's he sayin'?" someone pointed at Ray Ray.
Jesy shook her head. "I'm not f*cking talking to f*cking Perrie because f*cking Perrie doesn't wanna talk to me." She grumbled while getting her books out. "You people need to bear in mind that you're thirsting over a chick who came from the gutters. Like seriously. She's literally from a trash hole! She calls us trash but she is. Like . . . what is . . . what is all this??" She felt like she was in hell.
"Jesy what did we say about-" Ray Ray was saying slowly, tiredly.
"But look at these f*cks going on like she's a member of The Beatles! Someone needs to get it through their heads that she's basically f*cking nothing!" Jesy said to him, seeming exasperated. "All day long none stop everyone is talking about this girl! Oh my God it's exhausting! I'm losing me mind!" She held the sides of her head and walked off with wide eyes staring at the ceiling.
