Even when he is now stuck on the dancing lesson that Professor McGonagall was giving, Rey still remembered the event of the past hours very well. How A confessed his... feeling towards him -inly to be rejected-, before Cedric appeared behind the two of them, and what ensued after it. The Hufflepuff grinning as if today was Christmas, while the Slytherin looking like just stumped on his sand castle.

Rey still could not believe the fact that A had some feelings of attraction for him. Did he lead him on? Great... Now he felt bad. A was like a brother for him, and he didn't want that figure to go null, just because Rey didn't reciprocate his feeling. Maybe he could prevent that by helping the Slytherin to find his own partner for the Yule Ball. If that was needed, Rey got somebody that could get along with the Slytherin pretty well. Just thinking about it, made Rey extremely elated.

"Well, well, well... Smiling like a crazy?" Fred chimed in, causing Rey to whip his head around dramatically. Why in the world did he decided to stand next to this two mischief makers?

"Thinking about your date for the Yule Ball already?" George added on, prompting Fred to whistled at him.

Seeing some people turning their heads towards him in curiosity, Rey quickly silenced the two redheads before they could leak everything away. What a big bummer, those two were. If the details were leaked right now, his and Cedric's plan could be ruinned!

"Shh..." He elbowed George, quickly silencing the Redhead. If only he was standing in between the two older boys, he would've had a field trip elbowing both of them. His action of course, still causing a few others to laugh.

"Silence." Professor McGonagall spoke with finality. "The house of Godric Gryffindor has commanded the respect of the wizarding world for nearly 10 centuries. I will not have you in the course of a single evening besmirching that name by behaving like a babbling, bumbling, band of baboons."

Hearing this, Fred whispered audibly to George, "Try saying that faster."

Said challenge was nothing for George as he whispered the phrase 'babbling, bumbling, band of baboons' five times faster repeatedly. It was only a few seconds later that Fred do what George was doing, prompting a whispering match to happened between the two of them.

Not realizing what the twins were doing, Professor McGonagall continued her preface talk about dancing at the ball. She remarked something about something inside of every girl ready to... Forget it. Rey could not hear what the wizened witch was talking about as the twins kept whispering that phrase over and over again. But despite so, Rey could still hear what Ron was saying to Seamus -as Ron sat in the front row, right near him- and made him laugh. What he said though, couldn't be the kindest thing that Rey heard today.

"Something's about to burst out of Eloise Midgen but I don't think that it's a swan."

Despite of Ron's barely audible voice, Professor McGonagall must have heard him quite clearly, as she turned to Ron -who was still busy laughing- while casting an insidious glare. Her glare quickly melt away as she cleared her throat and approached Ron.

"Mr. Weasley?" She asked.

"Yes?" Ron asked as he tried to shrink lower into his chair. He must have sensed what Professor McGonagall going to ask him next.

"Will you join me please?" She asked while dragging Ron up from his seat. It was clear that she would take that as a no.

Seeing his bestfriend being asked to dance with Professor McGonagall, Harry excitedly push Ron over as he stood, prompting a few laughters to erupt from the crowd opposite. It would only be funnier when the professor asked Ron place his right hand on her waist.
