Whenever Rey read him a book, Cedric always feel extremely content. There they were, sitting on his little hide out in the shrieking shack's attic, spending their evening together. Rey was reading him Macbeth, a muggle play by someone named Shakespeare, what a funny name. Cedric stroked Rey's brown locks absentmindedly, as his head already wandered at the memory of them a few hours ago. A memory of when Rey's soft delicate lips touched his own. A memory of the Gryffindor's lewd moans as he wrapped his long fingers around his boyfriend's neck-
"Ced... For real?" Rey closed the book shut. The boy let out a melodic laughter as he done so, the one that would always bring joy in Cedric.
"It wasn't my fault that we didn't see each other at all for two weeks." He pouted.
"Aw.... my gorgeous golden boy is pouting." Rey playfully bobbed his nose.
"Gorgeous? Look at yourself! You're my beautiful little boyfriend." Cedric ruffled Rey's hair for a few, earning himself a lovely mewl from his boyfriend.
"Look, if we don't stop right now, I'm afraid we could be trading these sappy banters for hours."
"Fine... I'll do as you pleased, little one."
"So, can we snog a little more?"
"Kitten, look at your neck. I've been working on those olive skin hard." Cedric pointed his index finger onto Rey's lower neck, who have been covered with hickeys. Thank God his fingers didn't leave any prints on it when he choked Rey like that. He could've traumatized Rey's air pipe if he had put more pressure onto it.
"You got things wrong, Diggory. Firstly, I'm not a kitten. Secondly, you haven't working my neck hard enough."
This Gryffindor... The audacity! What a kinky little kitten he had.
"I don't want to choke you to death, you kinky little brat." Cedric jabbed a finger into Rey's side.
"HEY! I'm ticklish.... No, don't you start!"
Rey swatted the air repeatedly, almost falling off his lap if it wasn't for his seeker's reflex. The two stared at each other before breaking the silence by laughing out loud. Cedric then pulled Rey back to sit onto his lap, wrapping one of his hand sneakily around Rey's waist, facing him, to make sure that the boy would be safe. Who knows if he could pepper Rey's face with kisses later on, right?
"You're lucky that you are my boyfriend, little one." Cedric said before peppering Rey's face with kisses.
"Hey," Rey giggled as he kept peppering his face with kisses.
"I think we shouldn't do that again. I felt dreadful, love. Didn't see you for two weeks? Terrible!"
"Yeah, yeah, come on babe. It's not like I was gone forever." Rey stared at him weird.
"Maybe the day you gone forever will be the day that I die." Cedric stated before turning his cheery expression into a pout.
Cedric was not bluffing at all, nor saying that as a sweet nothings just to flatter his boyfriend. Just the thought of Rey leaving him alone in this world terrified him. The little Gryffindor have been a constant part of his life for the last three years. He adored him dearly -No-, he loved him dearly. Therefore, the prospect of him losing Rey was just too appalling for him to discuss, too dreadful even to think about.
"I don't like this death-thingy conversation, too grey for my liking." His boyfriend protested while gesturing his index finger back and forth. Rey's face was painted with evident discomfort.
