"You're too good for me, I don't deserve to have you. You're so understanding, I don't get how someone as sweet as you is with an asshole like me." He mumbled, looking at her as she cupped his face and gently ran her thumbs under his eyes.

"You're not an asshole, I'm here for you Robby, no matter what you do. I love you and I want you to know you can talk to me about anything." He nodded, continued to hold her and smiled as Willow jumped between the two. Robby stood up, placed the skateboard down and chuckled as Willow sat down staring at the two. Robby took Miraleigh's hands and helped her onto the board. She wobbled and clutched onto him tightly, looking at her feet to steady herself.

"I've got you." He reassured, then slowly helped her move along, picking her off of it and stepped back as some arse on a bike came charging at them. Once Miraleigh was placed down she picked the skateboard up and handed it to Robby. He thanked her, then watched as Miraleigh sat back down and smiled at him.

"We can go home..."

"Nope, you enjoy your time here." She gave him a pointed look as he went to speak, he smiled and then walked off to skate around some more. After another two hours, they went home and had some burgers, while they discussed how'd they win over the Cobra Kai students tomorrow in class. He honestly liked hearing her plan and knew they'd be able to get past the majority of them.

"Oh my god! I'm such an arse! I didn't ask about your wrist, are you okay?" He doesn't know why it just occurred to him but he felt awful. Miraleigh placed her hand on top of his, gave a smile and reassured him softly.

"Robby, it's all good, I promise you. It was probably from putting my wrist in an awkward position as I did the kip-up, nothing to worry about." He nodded, holding her hand and still felt guilty. She stood up, then dragged Robby up and knelt down. She pulled out a ring, a smile on her lips.

"I don't really know what to say, I was on Google all last night trying to get ideas on how to word this. But here's a promise ring, I wanna give this to you as a promise to always be there for you and to always love you. Even if I'm angry with anything that you've done." He smiled at her little speech and helped her up so she could place the ring on his finger.

"You are super cute." He whispered, kissing her lips and hugged her tightly.

"Does it fit? Is it uncomfortable? Did I get the right style?" She questioned, smiling into the kiss Robby gave her so she'd stop talking.

"I love it, it's perfect."

"And, the best thing is, that if you ever get into a street fight the ring would help knock them out." He chuckled at her comment, then kissed her lips again. They made their way to the bed, talk about a couple of things before they ended up drifting off to sleep.

The next day, Miraleigh and Robby stood in their karate gis, waiting for the rest to arrive. Robby smiled at Miraleigh, nervous to try and win the class over. Miraleigh looked towards the door as the bell rang, then listened to the thud of a bag and shoes being kicked off. Shortly followed by Kyler's voice, she rolled her eyes and waited patiently. They all stared at the two, Robby's caring face was quickly replaced and Miraleigh figured it would be best to do the same.

"Get a load of these chumps. What are you doing here?" Kyler stated.

"Sensei Kreese isn't back yet, so I'm gonna get you guys warmed up." Robby started, then looked at Miraleigh as she began talking.

"Some of you may know, others may not. Sensei Kreese is my grandfather, so with this dojo being his legacy, it's only right that I get control of the dojo in his absence. So, I suggest you all get on the mat ready for the lesson."

"You've never been a part of this team and you think you're our sensei?"

"You all care so much about this tournament and beating Miyagi Do, so why not learn your enemies moves?" Miraleigh stated, then shot a glare to Kaylee who stepped forward.

"We didn't ask for you to be here and we've beaten them too many times that it's laughable."

"Kaylee, just so you know, you may win the battles but they'll win the wars." Kaylee scoffed and took a step closer. Staring at Miraleigh surprised as she also stepped forward, Robby watched Miraleigh feeling proud of her and happy that she was gaining more confidence and was able to step up more.

"You never took an interest in this place before, so why now?"

"Why not? I mean, this place, look at it. I could become unstoppable with the different ways of doing karate. You could too, who knows what other pathetic reasons you have to attack me or someone else." Miraleigh stepped back, looked at Robby as if getting him to say his piece.

"That's all very nice, but who says we even want you?" Tory questioned, looking at the two.

"Okay, hit me." They all looked at each other confused.

"Any of you. If any of you can land a hit, I'll go."

"Alright," Kyler stated, Miraleigh stepped back, smiling as she watch Robby kick them all down and as he used what Daniel taught him in his fighting. As she watched, she couldn't help but feel some joy as Kaylee went down quickly and didn't even get a fair go. Tory was the last one standing, Miraleigh grinned as Robby called her out for watching instead of fighting.

She jumped back as Robby was kicked in the face, she could see the slightly hurt look he had, which quickly disappeared as he looked at Miraleigh. Hoping their plan worked enough so there'd be a 'weakling' in the group and let him stay.

"Deal's a deal," Robby stated, going to walk away but stopped at the stand of Tory's voice.

"No, stay." Miraleigh winked at him, then looked at the class.

"Get into your starting stances!" She called out, watching as they begrudgingly did so. For now, Robby was the one that had to win them over. Miraleigh would do so later on, so Robby could work his side of the plan first.

"Over at Miyagi Do, our enemies are uniting against us. They think by working together, they have the advantage. They think they're better than us. And I should know because I used to be one of them. That officially ends today. I'll admit, at first, I didn't want to join Cobra Kai. But eventually, we all need to look ourselves in the mirror and realise who we really are. Now, we may have taken some losses, but it's not about how you start. It's about how you finish. And to beat the enemy, it helps to know the enemy's playbook. So, we're gonna teach you Miyagi Do karate, so we can beat Miyagi Do karate." Miraleigh kept a cold look on her face, but deep down she was worrying she could hear and see that this wasn't just a fake speech Robby came up with, she could hear the closeness he had to it. She just hoped Robby wouldn't fall and lose who he really is.

Miraleigh looked to the side to see Kreese standing there, looking at the two with a smirk, proud of himself to see what he had in store was finally working.

"They're all warmed up for you, sensei" Miraleigh finished, watching as he gave a small bow. Once the two go home, Miraleigh sat on the bed writing in the journal she kept hidden from Robby, she wrote her fears down from what she heard from Robby's speech and then hid it back under her bedside table. Seconds later, Robby entered the room, smiled as he saw Miraleigh and then sat down next to her.

"You doing okay, sweetheart?" He questioned, placing a tender kiss on her lips, she nodded and gave a smile. Then held his hand, ran her thumb over his knuckles and smiled as she saw the ring on his hand.

"Do you think we're gonna win them over?" She questioned, he looked at her and noticed she was looking at him. He reached over, used his other hand and turned her face gently so she'd look at him.

"I'm sure we will don't worry. I know what to do." He reassured, kissing her hand and smiled as she curled into his side, he wrapped an arm around her waist and gave a small chuckle as he thought of something.

"What?" She smiled, looking up at him.

"I'm just really proud of how far you've come, you stood up to Kaylee and did so with full confidence."

"I'm proud of me too." They both let out little chuckles, as Robby held her and Miraleigh talked about some story ideas she wanted to write down. He thought of a gift to get her that he'd knew she'd like.
