Miraleigh was still texting Robby, not knowing he had been found and sent to Juvie. It had been a couple of weeks since she last got his message. Occasionally she had camera's following her around. Asking her questions and it was starting to overwhelm her. School was going alright, she kept a photo of Robby up in her locker. Smiling every time she laid eyes on it, she made sure that no one else could see her photo. Knowing they all hated Robby, she was sitting in his room, which had became her's. She kept all of his stuff in order, glad he had photos of the two. She walked over to the chest of draws, but on her way she tripped over some pants.

She groaned as she hit the ground and looked at the pants to see it was Robby's. She sighed and picked them up, going to fold them but heard a crease of paper. Her eyebrows furrowed, curious to see what it was. She pulled it out, unfolding it and smiled seeing a photo of her. She was reading a classic novel and could see the concentration in her eyes and giggled to herself. She carefully placed the photo down and then looked up hearing a knock.

"Come in." She called out, dusting her pants off. She saw Sam in some short overalls.

"I'm running a fundraiser to help Miguel. Care to help? I know you can't do much, with the wound and all..."

"I'd love to help, have you heard anything about Robby?" She asked hopefully, Sam made sure to be careful of her expression and shook her head.

"No, not yet. I'm sure it will be okay." She sighed and nodded, walking out with Sam and drove to a place filled with people and posters. She helped with collecting money and directing the cars to keep things as orderly as possible. Miraleigh watched Samantha with a smile, seeing her training the teens helping out with karate techniques.

Robby's POV

I was sitting at a table, reading my book. Whenever I read, I could just picture Miraleigh at my side, smiling as she eagerly awaited the next page. I missed her, I was hoping she would come soon. Seeing as I wasn't on the run anymore, hoping that she still loves me and isn't disappointed in what had happened.

I was infuriated with Mr. LaRusso, pissed that he did this to me. I wasn't a changed person, I'm still an asshole, I remember when I first saw Miraleigh. I remember something in my thinking style change, even though I never told her. She's helped me a lot and it's one of the many things I love about her. I had my back turned to the tv, still picturing Miraleigh next to me as I read. I was starting to understand more her passion for reading and it made sense what it did for her. I usually had music as my escape, but seeing as I couldn't do that anymore I read.

I had been ignoring the tv lately, so sick and tired of hearing the horrible truth about me and the constant bullshit that plays. I flicked to the next page, closing my eyes for a moment and then turned around hearing what was being said. But I made sure to place a bookmark in, a subconscious habit from loving Miraleigh.

"At the fundraiser for Miguel Diaz, with students helping from West Valley High, it seems to be that this beautiful event isn't all good news." A reporter started, I watched the camera zoom in on Miraleigh and Sam. I smiled gently seeing my love, but it slowly faded as I noticed the bags under her eyes and the tears on her cheeks.

"How could you lie to me!" Miraleigh shouted.

"Dad told me not to! We both thought it would be best if you try and move on. He's gonna be in there for a little bit." Samantha calmly said.

"Don't start that bullshit with me! Robby probably thinks I hate him, it's been weeks Sam! I haven't even visited, he hasn't even been receiving my damn messages!" I felt my stomach drop, she didn't know I was here? I kicked myself at how stupid I was, I knew she loves me and I knew she would be visiting me every chance she could get.

"Miraleigh..."

"No! I have been worrying for weeks, terrified for him. I keeping fearing all the bad things. Like that he could be dead, or injured!" All I wanted to do was wrap her in my arms, telling her that It will be okay.

"Miss. Johnson, you being the girlfriend of Mr. Keene-" The reporter didn't even get to finish her sentence as Miraleigh turned sharply on her heel and glared at the camera.

"Will you people just leave me alone!" She cried and tried running but Sam tried to stop her.

"Just leave me the hell alone." She spat and ran off.

I looked down at my book, sighing and saw Shawn and his friends approach me.

"That's your girl? The teary one, what did you do to get her to love you? Who knows, maybe when she does stop by she'll realise how much of a piece of garbage you are." I stood up, glaring at him, not wanting to deal with any of his shit.

"How 'bout you shut your mouth." I warned.

"Sorry punk-ass. Looks like karate boy wanna throw down. Go ahead, I'll give you a free shot before I use your teeth for dice."

"My karate is about self defence" We started fighting, I blocked his kicks but got beaten by his friend and then choked by him. I was tired and weak. I groaned as he kicked me down and whimpered listening to the sirens.

Third person's POV

Miraleigh ran to the house, grabbing a duffel bag and started packing her stuff, the photos Robby had and his clothes. She grabbed his watch, placing it in and then closed it up. She wrote a message, leaving it on the counter and ran from the house. Not wanting to stay there with a bunch of liars. She glanced at her phone, seeing a message to go to the theatre. She wasn't thinking, so she went down there and saw no one. But she heard a little bark and went to see what it was.

A small smile appeared on her lips as she looked at the Border Collie puppy. She saw a small, clear bag. Filled with items one would need for basic things to look after a dog. She looked at the puppy's collar and saw a note. She grabbed it and smiled softly.

Miraleigh, I know I've been an ass. But as I've been hiding, I've been trying to arrange this for you. I remember you saying you want a Border Collie, so I hope this puppy brings you happiness when I cannot. I love you

She picked the puppy up, hugging it close to her chest and let the tears roll down her cheeks. She got the puppy on a leash, sighing as she started of thinking of places she could stay. She found an abandoned building and sat in a far corner. Placing her things down and let the puppy curl up in her lap.

"I'm gonna call you Willow." She whispered, scratching Willow's ear and giggling as she licked her hand. Miraleigh grabbed a pillow and blanket out of the bag. She laid down, turning to Willow who cuddled up again and easily fell asleep with the warmth.

Miraleigh sighed, hating she resulted back to doing this. Miraleigh was glad Robby was found, but not in the way that he was. She also hated how she was lied too, wishing that she could've been visiting him.

"I love you Robby." She whispered to herself and fell asleep.
