 Long chapter

Miraleigh didn't know what to say, all she could do was nod and stare at him awkwardly. He watched as she opened her mouth to say something, yet didn't as she choked up and looked at him emotionally.

"Say something when you're ready."

"I don't know when that will be." Her voice cracked, she dried her eyes and sniffled.

"I'll wait." He whispered back, watching as the girl walked into the room, standing close but not too close to watch Tory fight with Sam. Robby kept his distance, he kept his eyes more on the girl that he hurt than the ones fighting. They both caught on that it was pretty early on in the fight, Sam had one point, Miraleigh felt nervous watching the fight. It was a tie and it seemed to just be very emotional for both of them. Tory gained another point, Sam ran off to talk to her Senseis, Miraleigh looked anywhere but at Cobra Kai, she fiddled with the bag she was holding and waited nervously.

Miraleigh noticed a certain look on Tory's face, it was looked conflicted and not the usual angry look she carried. Miraleigh nodded, hoping that Tory would get the point, Miraleigh frowned as Sam got the hit but then noticed that Tory was out of bounds, she didn't pay close enough attention to know if Tory was out of bounds when she got hit. Miraleigh watched them both get into their fighting positions, she bit her lip as Sam got another point, making them a tie once again.

She shared a look with Robby, she looked back at the girls, really hoping Tory would get the win. Miraleigh jumped back in shock as Tory elbowed Sam in the face, she could tell it was an accident, she could see it on Tory's face. Miraleigh watched Kreese and Tory bow, she assumed it was something decent. They got back into their positions, Miraleigh waited and watched as they circled each other.

"Come on." She whispered, watching them and clapped as Tory got the point, but stopped as she saw Tory bend down to help Sam. Both Miraleigh and Robby jumped up to cheer Tory on, Miraleigh gave Tory a hug and smiled at her.

"Give it up for your first female champion, Tory Nichols!" She took the trophy, looking like she was in a daze of happiness.

"And the winner of the Grand Champion trophy and still the baddest dojo in the Valley, Cobra Kai!" Kreese took the trophy, looking at it proudly.

"And finally, our newest addition to the trophies. Which is just as great as the others, we have a trophy for the skills division, the judges and I have agreed that Miraleigh Johnson is the greatest and most skilled person to have the honour of having this trophy." Miraleigh looked around confused, she stepped forward, took the trophy and bowed then walked back over to the group. She held it in her hands, examining it closely, then looked up at Silver.

"Thank you. Thank you. We couldn't be prouder, of our hard-won victory. And we're just as proud to announce, we'll soon be opening Cobra Kai franchises throughout the entire Valley, so every one of you young men and women here can be a part of our championship dojo and learn Cobra Kai's Way of the Fist!"

"Good job," Miraleigh told Tory and quickly ran off with her stuff in her hands. Robby chased after her, he caught up pretty quickly, took the girl by surprise as he pulled her into his arms, she clutched onto his shirt, the girl desperate for his touch.

"We'll leave that place, we'll never have to suffer because of them again." He whispered, letting her out of his arms, then helped her into the car, she held the trophy in her hands. The two sat in silence for a little while, Miraleigh took a shaky breath, placed the trophy in the back seat and looked at Robby.

Miraleigh sighed as she rested her head on the window, closing her eyes as she felt the car start moving. Robby could hear Miraleigh's shaky breaths, he could hear her trying to keep herself together which made him feel worse about the whole situation. The silence was killing him, he wanted so badly to make up with her but he knew that she'd need time.
