"You're Hawkeye, and you're the Vigilante."
"And who the hell are you?"
"I'm Kate Bishop." Kate answered still in shock at how the night had turned out.
Y/N stood there looking at her before taking over from Clint.
"Alright Kate, just try and breath, first of all let's get you somewhere safe, you live anywhere nearby?" Y/N asked as he helped the girl calm down.
"My god, You're a kid."
"She looks the same age as me smartass." Y/N pointed out as Clint glared at him.
"I have a place, not far from here..." Kate said still getting her breath back.
"Alright let's head there and get you into some other clothes, it's a bad safety risk to wear that thing." Y/N said as he took his hood and mask off while handing his coat to Kate so she could cover the Ronin costume up.
"I saw a dead body...that was a first." Kate said as Clint and Y/N followed her to her place.
While they walked to Kates place Y/N made a habit of checking for CCTV cameras and anyone tailing them while Clint made a habit of assessing sightlines and threats.
"Are...are you assessing threats? Is that what you're doing?" Kate asked them both as Y/N was looking around calmly for letting his ears do most of the work when it came to looking for tails.
"Something like that." Y/N answered as he saw the vision of Natasha across the street. He paused for moment as his ears rang and his face went pale.
"Kid you okay?" Clint asked as Y/N nodded.
"Yeah, it was nothing." Y/N said as he rushed on ahead to check the coast was clear.
"So where'd you learn to fight like that?" Clint asked as they kept walking.
"I started learning martial arts when I was five."
"Great, so what like a year ago?" Clint said sarcastically.
"Just so you know I'm not a total noob at this, I was overwhelmed back there but I could handle it." Kate said as Clint grunted in acknowledgement. "In fact some people actually call me the worlds greatest archer."
"Your mom one of those people?"
"One of them."
Y/N was waiting at the door when Clint and Kate arrived.
"Alright let's get inside." He said as Kate opened the door and led them to her apartment.
Kate opened the door and they saw a dog sitting next to an empty pizza box. Y/N simply looked dumbfounded by the sight while Clint chose to break the silence.
"Some guard dog you got there." He stated as they walked into the apartment. Y/N looked around calmly as Clint was questioning Kate about the suit.
As Kate went upstairs to get changed Y/N approached his uncle.
"22 year old vigilante." Clint muttered to himself as Y/N turned and looked at him with a raised eyebrow.
"*Ahem*." Y/N cleared his throat as Clint chuckled seeing his godson's reaction.
"Nice place. Better than mine." Y/N mentioned as Clint smirked.
"Maybe if you spent a bit more of that cash on accommodation and less on equipment, or just became an Avenger..."
"Not now, besides, I don't think I'm a good fit for the Avengers." Y/N said as Kate returned from getting changed out of the Ronin suit. She was holding a bow as she approached Clint and handed the suit to him before asking him to sign her bow.
