"I'm pregnant." Kate said as Y/N's mouth dropped open.
Kate looked at him as he looked like someone had just told him Natasha was still alive, the shock made it take longer for the news to process through his brain, Peter came downstairs from the spare room in his normal clothes and saw Y/N's face.
"He okay?" Peter asked as Y/N reacted at last as Kate laughed at him reacting like he'd just seen a living dinosaur.

"Pregnant?" Y/N asked like he misheard Kate.
"I'm pregnant." Kate confirmed as Y/N put his head between his legs.
"Holy...sh- I mean, my god. You might have just made my day and also given me a heart attack that took twenty years off my life." Y/N said as Kate and Peter burst out laughing.
"We're gonna be parents." Kate said as she hugged Y/N and went to kiss him before Peter interrupted them.
"What you about to try for another already?" Peter quipped as Kate stuck the middle finger at Peter while Y/N stuck two fingers at him.

"Little smartass." Y/N muttered before returning to kissing Kate while Peter laughed."
"That's a good name for the baby." Peter said as Y/N and Kate shook their heads.
"Or little ass kicker like from the walking dead." Kate suggested as Y/N rolled his eyes.
"how about neither." Y/N said as Kate and Peter glanced at each other before having the same thought like they were part of a hive mind.
"Jack-Jack. Like the incredibles." Kate suggested as Y/N let out a sigh.
"I hate you sometimes, bug man." Y/N said as Peter smirked.
"Bargain bin Batman." Peter quipped as Y/N looked at him.
"Keep going and I'll kick you out into the streets, and don't say the compound cause I'll lock that place down to you." Y/N said as Peter celebrated the victory he had over Y/N. Before too many celebrations could go ahead, Y/N got a call from Charles. "Professor, what's up?"
"When did you last see Kitty?"
"Not since we sent the Riddler away with the cops, Kate said they spoke in the car and Kitty flew the rest of the way back to the school, why what's up?"
"Come to the school fast, bring whoever you need, you're going to want to see this." Charles said as Y/N gestured for Peter to suit up.
"I'm on my way, is she alright?"
"I don't know yet."
"We'll be there as fast as we can." Y/N said as he left and suited up while Kate got in the passenger seat of the car, they zipped across the city and to the school while Peter swung across the city.
When they arrived at the mansion they rushed to the infirmary to see Kitty on the hospital bed in some sort of paralyzed state, she was covered in bruises and had a gut shot wound along with a smiley face carved into her wright forearm. When Yelena arrived she saw something as did Kate, Charles and Logan, they saw Y/N's fist clench like he was about to attack someone.

Y/N's hand returned to normal when he saw something on Kitty's arms it looked like some sort of injection mark on her arm.
"Who did this to you?" Y/N uttered under his breath as Kate put her hand on his shoulder.
"You need to see this." Yelena said looking from the computer she was using to Y/N. He walked over to Yelena and looked at the screen. "She had something in her bloodstream, look at what it is"
"Dreykov's mind control, this was Madame Bitch, well, drugging her up and the power suppressor was, the wounds and the face carved into her wrist. I don't know who it was but I'm gonna punch them so hard they're gonna travel in time to when they were just an itch in their dads ball sack." Y/N said as Kate, Charles and Logan all gave Yelena a concerned look.
"Babe, can I talk to you for a moment?" Kate asked as she pulled Y/N aside to talk to him privately. "Look I get that you're pissed, this bitch has been going for your family for a while now but you have to keep that distanced from yourself, push that all away. Being pissed off can make you reckless, and reckless gets you hurt or killed, I want this kid to see his dad. Alright, try and keep your feelings out of this case."
"Yeah, yeah, you're right." Y/N said as Kate kissed him. When they turned around to see the shocked faces of everyone, Logan was using his foot to stub out the cigar he was previously smoking.
"What kid?" Yelena asked as Y/N and Kate looked at each other and gulped.
"Kate's pregnant." Y/N said as Yelena looked at him her face dropped.
"Must just be a Romanoff reaction." Kate said as Y/N shook his head disapprovingly.
"Kate trust me a Romanoff baby is a big deal."
"Why?"
"Because all Black Widows are sterilized." Yelena explained as Kate looked to Y/N.
"Wow, well I suppose that's a big deal, but Y/N wasn't sterilized right?" Kate said as Y/N went silent causing the room to look at him. "Babe."
"I was sterilized by my brother when I was a baby, that's why I was so shocked at you being pregnant." Y/N revealed as Kate looked to Y/N in shock.
"What? How am I possibly pregnant then?" Kate asked as Y/N shrugged.
"I don't know but we should be counting our lucky stars." Y/N said as Kate hugged her boyfriend in a mixture of sympathy and joy. "For now, we need to get these sicko's off the streets, we're gonna take down every single member of Madame B's organization, work our way from the bottom to the top, make it so she can't rebuild, at least not anytime soon. Kamala, Miles, Peter, Harley, suit up, Auntie Lena, and Logan, you two as well, if we're dealing with former Red Room operatives I'd like to have someone out there who's dealt with them."
"Do we have some sort of catchphrase like Mr Rogers used to shout?" Peter asked as Y/N looked at him.
"Tell you what, in the next homework for English class you guys can come up with one as a challenge and it has to go in your fan fiction." Y/N answered as Kamala jumped for joy. "For now though let's focus on the job at hand."
