Y/N had been spending the last week in court rooms working alongside Matt Murdock to help Wanda get out of the charges of stealing the Visions body from the government and also working on making Yelena officially an Avenger. Today was the last day.
"Your honor The Vision was a sentient being, therefore his body belongs to whoever he requested, now in his last will and testament Vision has stated that should he die he asks that his body be given to Wanda for a proper burial, to put it in short sir, SWORD stole the Visions body, and denied a widow the chance to give her deceased lover a funeral, they denied The Vision, someone who has saved our lives on multiple occasions, the right to be buried by his loved ones. I rest my case your honor." Y/N said as he sat down next to Wanda and the opposition put their case forward.
The oppositions case was flimsy to say the least, they had nothing to back their argument up and constantly tried to use Westview, eventually earning the scorn of the judge residing over the case.
a few hours later the judge delivered his verdict, Wanda was acquitted of the charges of stealing the Visions body and she was given a conditional pardon, she had to attend mandatory therapy sessions with Y/N and receive training from Doctor Strange. Even then people still wanted Wanda to suffer worse punishments, some were suggesting time in the RAFT, some suggested the death penalty. The court even considered the RAFT a viable option but Y/N managed to talk them around to a conditional pardon, stating that throwing her on the RAFT will only make it happening again inevitable and that the death penalty would be a big mistake and could lead to consequences.
That night when Y/N got back to the compound he found Kate sitting on the couch with Yelena watching John Wick.
"Aunt Lena, how's life as an Avenger treating you?" Y/N asked as Yelena smiled at her nephew.
"Better than being lied to by my employer. What happened with Wanda?"
"It all worked out. She's on her way here, she'll be living at the compound from now on as part of the pardon, she'll be free to come and go as she likes but she lives here until things change. Basically they set up a whole load of hoops for her to jump through in the hopes that she trips up. With time they start returning freedoms to her." Y/N said as Yelena smiled at him while Kate got up and kissed him the leaned in close so only Y/N could hear.
"Our room, I've got something for ya." She whispered into his ear before walking away while Yelena raised her eyebrow.
"Wow, you're very subtle Kate Bishop." Yelena said as Y/N laughed.
"You just keep enjoying John Wick, and don't let Fanny or Lucky watch it." Y/N said smartly as the two dogs in question ran into the room upon hearing their names and sat in front of Yelena.
"I hate you." Yelena grinned as Y/N laughed walking away.
"I know." He shouted back down the hall before stepping into the elevator.
When he arrived on at his and Kate's shared quarters Y/N saw Kate with a case that looked like it contained something important, she was holding it so it covered her front.
*Lemon Start*
"I'm guessing you have nothing on behind that case." Y/N quipped as he approached Kate and kissed her. "What's brought this sudden horniness on?"
"Let's just say being cooked up in a hospital for a week tends to lend little time for...relief, and I missed my badass boyfriend."
"I missed my badass girlfriend too." Y/N mused as Kate tossed the case aside.
"You know you love my ass." She whispered into his ear as she bit and sucked on his neck, guaranteed to leave hickeys, Y/N was returning the favor. "I think you're overdressed here aren't you."
