The Witch King, Frederick the X, was lying on the bed watching ‘The Only Way is Wessex’ on the television. There was a knock at the door. “Yes?” he called.
“I thought you would like your evening refreshment your highness,” said the retrainer who, as we all know, was D’ark coated in a skin of Fawh.
“Alright, you may enter.”
D’ark didn’t really have a drink but had suggested to Fawh that he also pretend to be a drink on a tray as well as the retrainer.
“I don’t like having to play three parts at once, it’s a clause in my funny union character’s contract.”
But nevertheless D’ark had bullied him into doing it so D’ark/Fawh entered and made his/their way up to the king. “Your beverage your highness,” said D’ark/Fawh as he handed Frederick the drink.
As the king grabbed for the drink the glass moved. “Eh?” ehed the king.
“Stop messing around Fawh,” warned D’ark through Fawh’s skinning. He then stunned the king with his stun pistol.
Vladimir entered, “Is he conscious?”
“Yes.”
“Aren’t we going to kill him?”
“No, that wouldn’t be right.”
“He’s evil. He would kill us if we were in the same situation.”
“Ok, you try to kill him.”
Vladimir looked at D’ark then picked up the stun pistol and turned the safety override off. He pointed it at the king’s head and pulled the trigger. Nothing happened, “Faulty override.”
“Faulty Author more like, with his Christian morals he wouldn’t let you kill him in cold blood.”
“I could stick him in a very hot bath to heat him up then kill him in warm blood.”
“Are you seriously going to try that?”
“No, I was joking. It wasn’t a very good joke but I’m not too good at black comedy.”
“Is that what black comedy is? I thought it was a version of African humour.”
Vladimir looked at D’ark, “Hah,” he hahed, “you had me there. We’ll just have to lock him up in the lockable sound proofed room to the left, the one the Author made appear a few paragraphs ago.”
“Yes, that was fortunate for us.”
“Yes.”
They both carried Frederick the X down the stairs.
