Six effin’ years, walang balita, walang paramdam and here she is laughing, having a conversation with my family like nothing happened. She left us hanging, specially me yet the audacity. I hated her for leaving me, I’ve through hell because of her. I almost gave up my masters because of her. So, it’s true she had fulfilled her dreams and happily married.

I sat at the chair opposite to her. “Ang tagal mo naman kuya, the food is getting cold na. Gutom na rin ata ang bisita natin.” Puna ni Si.

“Then you could have started eating, you don’t have to wait for me. I was not worth the wait.” Matalim na tingin ko sa babaeng nasa harap ko.

“Woahh, chill.” Sagot naman ni Simon.

They continued talking about the case and they have a small reunion. She didn’t even glance at me.

“So saan pala kayo nakatira ngayon?” tanong ni mommy.

“Hmmm we bought a property near Hannah’s ma’am and running a nearby resort.” Sagot nito shebang nilalagayn ng lalaking kasama niya ng ulam sa kanyang plato.

“Eat more sweetie, you are so payat na.” puna ng lalaking katabi niya.

“Stop, pinapataba mo naman ako, di na ako makakapag swimsuit niya.” Natatawang niyang sagot.

“Well, its better if you won’t wear those kinds of stuff, remember what happened in Maldives?” nakasimangot nitong tugon.

“It’s inevitable, Alexander since Kai is a very pretty woman.” Komento naman ni pops.

What the hell Alexander di ang pangalan niya.

Every minute pass by lalong naiirita si Sandro sa dalawang bisita nila. He wanted to stand up and walk away.

“HEY FAMILYYYYY!!! MAKIKIKAIN AKO, mom is cooking pinakbet with Borgy and its been an hour di pa sila tapos and I am freaking hungry” anunsiyo ni Matthew.

Natigil ito ng Nakita si Kai sa hapag. “what the….” Intial nitong reaction at tumingin sa akin.

“Hello Gov, kumusta.” Kai greeted Matthew.

“Kaisha Valdez?” turo nito sa kanya na tila gulat parin.

She chuckled, “Nazneen Kai Nikolaev, gov but you can still call me Kai.” Dahil sa gulat ni Matthew ay nilapitan nito at niyakap.

“Okinam napnapanam pay.” (Tanginamo saan ka ba nanggaling)

“Hey Gov, you’re chocking me.” She laughed again.

Napatingin ito sa lalaking katabi nito, “oww this is Jakeson Alexander Nikolaev.”

Nakipag shakehands ito at umupo na sa tabi ni Sandro. “Alexander daw, fuck kasinsin pinalitan ka pero kapangalan and she is married.” Bulong nito kay Sandro.

“Shut up and eat bago kita palayasin.” Bulong din nito.

“I will be giving you the documents tomorrow, Atty. Nikolaev.” Formal na sabi ni pops.

“Kai na lang po sir.” Tugon naman ni Kai.

“no! we should address you ATTY since you’re helping and you are one so …..”

“I am happy you had fulfilled your dreams, Kai. I really am.” Sinserong sabi ni Ma’am Liza.

“Hey!! Mom you’re getting emotional again. Don’t ruin the mood.”  Singit ni Simon.

“Is it okay if look around a bit sir before going home?  Nazneen have been telling story about your house and the beach.” Alexander asked Sir Bong.
