Online Dating (Part 15)

Nobody's POV:-
It's been a few days and Jack has thinking about everything alot. He understood now that he needed time now that the more rational part of his brain was working. He still missed Corbyn but staying away from him was best for now. For as Sydney said he needed time.

Corbyn on the other hand was not doing so good. He was stressed out and didn't know what to do about it and he could ask two people. His mom or best friend. Opting to take advice from his best friend, he decided to pay him a visit.

There were too reason he didn't go to his mom, although she would've a much better advice. For one, he didn't want to disturb her with his problems and second, his parents didn't exactly live quite near him.

As soon as he arrived at Daniel's house, he was immediately let in. He talked with Daniel and Zach before deciding to ask about the advice.

He told Daniel everything. How he was feeling. What had happened the last few days. Then asked for his advice.

"Well, I think you should go easy on yourself. Take a break", Daniel adviced as soon as he heard everything.

"What?", Corbyn asked confused.

"Just relax. Let your problems drown out", his best friend continued.

"I don't get it", Corbyn asked, getting more confused."I feel like you're saying something really good but I can't understand".

Daniel sighed but before he could answer, Zach beat him to it.

"Just go on vacation, dude", Zach immediately said.

"Exactly", Daniel said, sighing.

"That's actually not a bad idea", Corbyn said, looking thoughtful.

Daniel and Zach looked at the boy as they waited for him to continue. Clearly there was something else he wantee to say.

"Okay", Corbyn suddenly said, clapping his hands as he took a deep breath."Where should I go?".

"Paris?", Daniel suggested.

"Are you crazy?", Corbyn instantly replied."That'll only make me miss Jack more and stress me out".

"Okay okay", Daniel said, putting his hands up in surrender."

" Hawaii?", Zach suggested from the kitchen where he had gone to clean everything up.

"No. I'm not in the mood", Corbyn called back."Plus too hot. I wanna relax. Not come back with a half burnt skin".

"Okay. Then what about Rio?", Daniel said after a pause.

"Sounds perfect", Corbyn said grinning.

"Great. So, when are you going to leave?", Daniel asked.

"So eager for me to leave, huh?", Corbyn asked, smiling slightly.

"No dude!", Daniel immediately protested."I just wanna make sure you're not going to back off".

"I won't. I promise", Corbyn said smiling a little more.

"Okay", Daniel nodded."You still didn't answer my question".

"In two days", Corbyn simply replied."I'll text you before leaving".

"Awesome", Daniel said.

"Okay. I better get going now. I need to get back home before dark", Corbyn said, getting up.

"Why don't you stay here?", Daniel offered.

"Nah. I think I've disturbed you enough", Corbyn said chuckling."Besides I need to go back tomorrow anyway to pack my things".

"Okay", Daniel said, nodding and Zach arrived just then from the kitchen, wiping his hands on a towel.

"Good night. See you later guys", Corbyn said, hugging them both.

"Night", both adults Saud, waving.

Corbyn left their house, feeling alot better and relaxed than he was before. But he knew he needed the vacation. He couldn't just rely on his best friends every time he faced a problem. So that's why as soon as he got home, he immediately searched up the flights for Rio and booked himself one and he couldn't wait to go.
