Chapter 37

Today was finally the day I could finally watch TV and have my computer back because today was the day the rest of our family was coming for Christmas.

"Can I have my computer!" I signed. He handed me the computer and I excitedly jumped up and down.

"Calm down make sure your room and closet are clean and keep the house clean everyone is gonna make it by 10:00pm okay" Dad said.

I nodded. "Y/n do you want to come to the store with me?" Dad asked. I nodded. I went into the car and looked out the window as we were heading to the store.

When we got there I got out of the car and ran to the entrance. "Y/n don't run" Dad said. We started going around the store and I put a bunch of things I wanted in the cart but then I looked to see all the things weren't in the cart.

"Where are the stuff?" I signed. "Y/n we can't get all that it's not what I came here for" Dad said. I frowned.

"You can get one thing and that's it" Dad said. I went and got candy then put it in the cart. "One day you're gonna get diabetes" Dad said.

"Yeah but not today" I signed. Dad sighed. "Just get the milk okay" Dad said. I nodded and went to get the milk.

"Hey what are you looking for?" I looked up to see a man wearing a cap so I couldn't see his face that clearly.

"Milk" I wrote. "Oh well where are your parents?" He asked. "My dad is shopping but I don't know" I wrote.

"Well I can take you to him" He said. I good a weird feeling and got the milk and shook my head. I speed walked away and rose my eyebrow.

'Weird' I thought. I got back and put the milk in the cart. "Someone tried to take me back to you" I signed.

"What do you mean?" He asked. "It was a man and he asked me where you were" I signed. "Well that's why you don't talk to strangers" Dad said.

I nodded. When we finished shopping I ran to the check out. "Y/n please stop running" Dad said. "Oh well I got a backpack leash for my id because she wouldn't stop running away" A lady said to us.

I moved back next to dad. "I won't run anymore" I signed. "Mhm" He hummed. When we got back Eren helped us carry the bags inside.

"Dad can we just like cancel Christmas" Eren asked. "No" Dad said. He sighed. "You need to socialize with family you'll be happy with Zack though you two were inseparable" Dad said.

"Yes but it's a problem when it's me and Cameron" I signed. "Yes it is" Eren said. I narrowed my eyes at him.

"Dad I'm going to Mikasa's house" Eren said. "Me too!" I signed. "No" Eren said. "I'll tell him you hit me" I signed.

"Let's go" Eren said quickly. When we got to Mikasa's house I went to her room. "Y/n stop running" Eren said.

I went on Mikasa's bed and started jumping up and down. "Someone's full of energy" Mikasa said.

"Let's play a game!" I signed. "Okay it's called sit down and stop acting like a man on steroids" Eren said.

I hissed at him. "Oh look she's hissing now" Eren said. "Let's watch demon slayer!" I signed. "If you sit down and stay still I will" Mikasa said.

I sat down and smiled. She got the remote and put it on the TV. "You're spoiling her" Eren said. "No I'm making her listen to me by giving her what she wants that's how she's gonna learn that she'll only get what she wants if she listens" Mikasa said.

"So Y/n who's your favorite character?" Mikasa asked. "Giyu" I signed. "He is why?" She asked. "Because he's pretty and he is nice!" I signed.

"That's nice" Mikasa said. "But I like everyone" I signed. "That sounds familiar" Eren said. "It's true" I signed.

"Mhm" Eren hummed. "So isn't the rest of your family coming over?" Mikasa asked. I nodded. "Yeah it's okay though" Eren said.

"Mine come at like 2 am every time😒" Mikasa said. "Your grandparents" Eren said. "Yup I remember my mom came into my room and asked me if I had a boyfriend... I was like 10" Mikasa said.

"I'm hungry" I signed. "Oh you haven't eaten" Eren said. "Food!" I signed. "Okay calm down" Eren said.

They took me to the kitchen and Mikasa gave me brownies. "Are you okay now?" Eren asked. I nodded and put a brownie in his hand.

"I think she's going insane" Eren said. I looked at him. "Eren stop she's excited to be able to see her family again I'm sure she'll calm down once she sees them" Mikasa said.

"Let's go back!" I signed. "We're leaving soon Y/n" Eren said. I frowned. "Let's play basketball" Eren said.

"Okay 1 v 1" Mikasa said. They went outside and started playing basketball. "Y/n do you want to play" Mikasa asked.

"No she's gonna get hurt then be upset" Eren said. "Eren stop under estimating her" Mikasa said.

I got the basketball. "Okay Y/n so-" Eren stopped when I shot the ball and made a point. "You're dumb" I signed.

"You're dumb" Eren mimicked. "I'm gonna use you as a ball if you don't stop" Eren said. I gasped.

"Don't be mean Eren set the example now first you guys need to go home because it's 9:30" Mikasa said.

"Oh!" Eren said. We left and started heading home. "They aren't going to be there 10:00 on the dot" I signed.

"Still we need to be home" Eren said. I nodded. We went inside and went to the living room. "Good you guys are here" Dad said.

We sat down next to dad and started watching home alone. "I wish I were that kid" Eren said. Dad pushed Eren's shoulder.

"He's literally living the life all alone in that huge house" Eren said. "He not wrong" I signed. "You two are just a different kind" Dad said.

"We're built different" Eren said. That's when the door bell rang. "Pizza?" I signed. "Let's see" Dad said while getting up.

"It's probably everyone else" Eren said while hiding his face in his hands. 'I love my family but I'm still kinda hungry 4 brownies aren't gonna satisfy my hunger🤨' I thought.
