Chapter 29

I went downstairs and to the living room to see Eren was in a bad mood but that probably was because it was December which meant our family was coming on the 18th.

'Let me mess with him' I thought. I sat down next to him and smiled. "What?" He said. "Eren! I feel like you're upset!" I signed.

He looked at me then looked back at his phone. "Why don't you tell me what's wrong?" I signed. "Well maybe it's because not only do we have to spend thanksgiving with our family we have to spend Christmas with them" Eren said.

"But what about the presents? you'll get way more!" I signed. "You're like 12 so of course that's what you care about I just don't think there's any point" Eren said.

"You don't like the rest of our family?" I signed. "I never said I didn't and I like them all except Cameron" Eren said.

"Why!?" I signed. "I just don't" Eren said. "Is it because you don't trust him?" I signed. "What do you think?" Eren asked.

"How come you don't like anyone?" I signed. "What are you talking about this is one person" Eren said.

"No you don't like Falco either also you're always mad for no good reason" I signed. "Y/n can you go away you're honestly just making me more upset" Eren said

"No I don't understand why you don't like him!" I signed. "Go away" He said. I punched his shoulder and he glared at me.

"Do it again I dare you" Eren said. I punched him again and he got a pillow and threw it at me. I sat up and glared at him.

"Stop fighting! we're gonna have people over for dinner okay" Dad said. "Is it gonna be Mark again?" Eren asked.

"Please don't let him come here!" I signed. "It's not him it's someone I'm hiring he's bringing his wife and his son with him so be respectful okay" Dad said.

"What's his name?" I signed. "Just call him Mr. Forester" Dad said. "That name sounds familiar" Eren said.

"Their son is around Eren's age but I don't know if you know him" Dad said. "When is the dinner?' I signed.

"At 7 also Mikasa and her parent's are coming" Dad said. "I don't want to go" I signed. "Well you have to" Dad said.

I frowned. Soon it was 7pm and Mikasa and her parents had arrived before. We were waiting in the dining room.

"So the son is supposed to be around our age?" Mikasa asked. "Yeah" Eren said. "It looks like we'll see who it is they're coming" I signed.

We looked to see it was. "FLOCH!!?" Mikasa and Eren yelled. "Oh hello guys" He said. "Mark Zuckerberg's long lost brother" I signed.

Floch sat down across from us. "Hey it's been a while hasn't it!" Floch's dad said. "Yeah I'm sure the kids are excited to see Floch" Mikasa's mom said.

"He probably listens to country music..." Mikasa said. "So Y/n you're twelve right?" Floch asked. I stared at him for a long minute before burying my face in Eren's shoulder.

"Um she's shy but yeah she's twelve" Eren said. "Y/n sit up straight in your chair" Dad said while tapping my shoulder then going and sitting down.

"It really has been a long time I mean I'm sure Floch has seen you guys around but not us!" Floch's mom said.

"Well you know parent's never really get to see the kids!" Mikasa's dad said. "That is true" Floch's dad said.

"So Floch why don't you tell us what you've been up to" Mikasa's mom said. "Oh it's nothing much I just got into stock trading" Floch said.

"Oh that's cool do you think it's easy?" Dad asked. "Well it was hard at first but now I'm used to it now that I've been doing it for a while" Floch said.

"But what about you guys?" Floch asked. "Me and Mikasa are taking business classes in university" Eren said.

"Yeah we're getting ready to take over the company I swear we'll make it even better than before!" Mikasa said.

"You wish" Mikasa's mom said. "Y/n?" Floch said. "I'm being homeschooled right now but I'm going to high school in person" I signed.

Floch looked confused. "Oh she said that she's being homeschooled but is going to high school in person" Eren said.

"Oh that's good are you nervous?" Floch's dad asked. I nodded. "Well high school isn't that bad it's like normal school but just a little bit bigger" Floch's mom said.

I nodded while smiling. After we finished eating the parents were talking so we left and went to the living room.

"So I saw you at the mall" Floch said. "The mall?" Mikasa said. I made an O shape with my mouth.

"You guys went to the mall with out me?" Eren said. "What? noooo😀" Mikasa said. "Well it doesn't matter it was only gi-" Mikasa cut Floch off.

"Yeah well we would never go without you I love you Eren!" Mikasa said. Eren side eyed Mikasa. "Yeah" Eren said.

"So Floch do you have a girlfriend" Eren asked. "Uh no" Floch said. "Oh how surprising!😀" I wrote.

"I'm gonna use the bathroom I'll be right back" Eren said. "I'll help you!" Mikasa said while going after him.

'What? you guys left me with this creepy man and what does she mean help him in the bathroom that doesn't even make any sense!' I thought.

I looked around the room then went on my phone and started texting Mikasa. "What are you doing come back now!" I texted.

"I'll be back soon!" Mikasa texted. "Are you kidding no!" I texted. I stopped when I felt someone sit down next to me.

I slowly looked up to see Floch. I felt my soul escape my body he was like a life sized chucky doll at this point I was about to pass out.

I turned down my screen brightness. "Mikasa Mikasa he's siting next to me please come back I think I'm gonna pass out!" I texted.

"Y/n no he didn't stop it I'll be back soon calm down" Mikasa texted me. "No Mikasa I'm scared come back now!" I texted.

Mikasa left me on read at this point. "Y/n are you okay" Floch said while putting his hand on my shoulder.

That's when I let out a loud wheeze and kept wheezing to the point where I couldn't breathe. "OH SHIT!" Floch yelled.

"What happened!?" Mikasa yelled while running in with Eren. "I don't know she just started wheezing! I don't think she's breathing!" Floch yelled.

"What how does that even happen!!?" Eren yelled. "Why are you guys yelling!?" Dad said while walking in with the others.

"She just started wheezing!" Floch said while putting his hands up in defense. "What!? why were you just sitting here yelling while this child is dying!!" Mikasa's Mom yelled.

Everyone just stared for a second as I kept wheezing. "CAN YOU NOT HEAR CALL 911!!" Dad  yelled.

Everyone took out their phones and started calling 911. "Come on Y/n It's okay!" Mikasa's mom said.

The ambulance came soon and I went to the hospital. "So what happened?" Dad asked. "Well we thought she had asthma at first then we tested her and there dust in her nostrils we made her blow her nose so she's fine!" The doctor said.

"I also per scripted her an inhaler just incase it happens again" The doctor said. "Ok thank you" Dad said.

"See what happens when we let Floch in the house he probably brought dust from his musty room!" Eren said.

"Y/n I'm sorry for not coming back!" Mikasa said. "I told you I wasn't lying!" I signed. "I mean you took one for the team" Eren said.

"We still have to go back to get their stuff" Dad said. We all sighed.
