Chapter 35

It was time to go to ballet practice again so Eren drove me to the studio. I skipped inside then went to the dressing room.

"Hey Y/n you know that there are gonna be the boys here today to practice with us!" Ymir said. "Oh my god actually!?" Miriam asked excitedly.

"Yeah and you know Y/n gets to be with Noah!" Lara said while smiling. "Who is that?" I wrote. The girls stopped and looked at me.

"He's gonna be the nut cracker you've met him before!" Kara said. "Oh you mean that kid that was in line for the boys auditions?" I wrote.

"Wow well yeah! he's super cute you'll love him!" Dina said. I just nodded. We went to practice and the girls kept whispering to each other.

Ana was also at practice and no one was allowed to talk about what she did. She had missed about 4 practices because she got suspended but she's back now.

She was talking to a boy and she had this huge smile. "Hey guys I just want you to go over your parts with each other so the list of who you're working with is over there!" Carole said.

I looked at the list to see Noah's name next to mine. 'Oh I guess I am working with him' I thought.

"Y/n is working with Noah!" Dina yelled. Ana looked at me and narrowed her eyes. I just looked away nervously.

"So you're Y/n right" I looked to see a boy. He was pretty so I could see why everyone liked him. "Let's go" He said.

I followed him and we went and sat down. AS Noah was talking I pretty much just listened but he stopped and looked at me.

"You're really quiet" He said. "Oh yeah well Y/n doesn't like to talk to certain people! you know she's too good for that" Ana said.

I rose my eyebrow. "No that's not it she just has anxiety so she only talks to people she's comfortable with!" Kara said.

"Oh well that's okay because I mean on the bright side that means you're a good listener" He said.

I just smiled. We went over most of what we were supposed to do then we were allowed to go on break so Ymir came over to me.

"Y/n! what do you think about him!?" Ymir asked. "He's nice" I signed. "That's it?" She asked. "Oh well he's pretty but nice over all" I signed.

"You will learn Y/n" Ymir said. I blinked in confusion. 'Learn what?' I thought. After break when we went back to practice we looked to see there was water where we were practicing.

I looked over to see Ana glance at us. "Ms. Carole can we go get paper towels someone spilled water!" Noah said.

"Yes please be quick though!" She said. Ana glared at me then we went out of the room to get paper towels.

"So Y/n are you excited for the show?" Noah asked. I shrugged. "You don't know? Well you don't have to be nervous or anything because I think you' do fine the judges didn't choose you for no reason" He said.

"true" I wrote. "So do you always write?" He asked. I shook my head. "I use sign language too" I wrote.

"Oh that's smart" He said. "Anyways do you have family over for Christmas?" I signed. "Oh well mine are coming tomorrow what about you?" He asked.

"Mine come in 2 days I'm really excited though one of my cousins I haven't seen since I was really young is coming I barely remember him" I signed.

"Oh well nearly the same thing is happening to me but my uncle is coming over but I barely remember him" Noah said.

"Will it ends up happening" I wrote. "Yeah" He said. "Did you guys get the paper?" Carole asked. "Oh no not yet" I signed.

"Please hurry up guys" She said. "We will we're sorry" Noah said. We got the paper towels then went back to the room and wiped up the water.

"You were out for a while what did you guys do!?" Miriam whisper yelled to me. "Miriam! stay with your partner!" Carole yelled.

"Sorry!" She replied. When practice finished Ymir went up to me. "Now?" She asked. "You asked me 20 minutes ago why would my answer change at all?" I signed.

"A lot of things could happen in just a second!" Ymir said. "Yeah okay" I signed. "It's true though!" Ymir said.

"She's right I mean once I saw a girl and a boy who hated each other walk into a room and when they came out they loved each other!" Dina said.

"Y/n you're so luck what I would do just to be with Noah of one day!" Lara said. "Oh oh! and we can't forget that there's a kiss in the nutcracker!" Kara said.

"Oh that's cool" I signed. "Just cool!?" The girls said. I nodded. "Like I said you will learn" Ymir said.

'And yet I still don't understand what I will learn' I thought.
