On the way back home Cameron put up his phone to show me the photo of the drawing. I pushed his phone down.

"Where did you get that!?" I signed. "Mrs. Kim sent it to me" Cameron said. "Are you gonna use it to black mail me?" I signed.

"What? no I want to know what the drawing is about" He said. "I'll tell you when I am ready so don't worry about the drawing it's not bad" I signed while smiling.

"okay then I won't worry" He said. I knew it was obvious that he would sill worry about it because later at night Cameron turned to me and asked if I was depressed.

"I need to depress them dishes" I said. "Stop I'm being serious Y/n" He said. "Fine I'm not though I just miss mom" I said.

"Okay..." He said. "No you don't believe me!" I said. "I do! I swear" He said. "Okay... good night Cameron" I said.

"Goodnight don't let the Teletubbies bite" He said. "Teletubbies!?" I said. "Yes! they're evil! He said.

"You're a weirdo!" I said. "got to sleep!" He said. In the morning we went and sat down for breakfast.

"Y/n" Cameron said. I looked at him. "Are you okay?" He asked. I narrowed my eyes at him. "Sorry I just have to be sure!" Cameron said.

Eren looked at us suspiciously and Grandma Mae narrowed her eyes at us. "Since you two would rather have your own discussion instead of listening during this meeting is there something you want to share?" She asked.

"We're sorry Grandma we didn't know it was a meeting we're listening!" Cameron said. "Mhm" Grandma hummed.

"Y/n I sense that you're lying" Cameron whispered. "I'm not! you're more of a worrier than anyone else!" I signed.

"I'm just a concerned family member!" Cameron whisper yelled. "Okay Y/n and Cameron! since you like to talk so much you can come and sit here Y/n right next to me!" Grandma Mae said.

"Wha- Grandma! we're sorry we won't talk!" Cameron said. "You're right you won't! Y/n come here now!" She said.

I sighed then went and got a chair and sat down next to her. Grandma continued talking but I wasn't listening.

"Y/n what about you?" Grandma Mae asked. I sat up and rose my eyebrow. "What?" I signed. "How are you feeling?" She asked.

I grabbed the nearest spoon and threw it at Cameron. "You showed them!?" I signed. "What!? no!" Cameron yelled.

"Told us what?" Eren asked. "I tripped and fell down the stairs" I signed. "What?" Mina said.

"You were hiding that you almost broke your neck?" Zeke asked. "What!? are you hurt!?" Grandma Marina asked while inspecting me.

I shook my head. "Okay are we dismissed?" Cameron asked. "Yes" Grandma Mae said. Cameron and I went on the front porch.

"Do you think anyone thinks I'm lying?" I signed. "Probably you suck at it" Cameron said. I frowned at him

"You're making me feel bad!" I signed. "I'm just saying I mean I think Eren saw through like every single one of those lies" Cameron said.

"Eren is annoying and he's dumb" I signed. "Whaaaat! noooo! Eren just cares about you....." Cameron said.

"Yeah a little too much" I signed. "Yeah but you should appreciate it! I mean at least he doesn't hate you" He said.

"Well he's crazy" I signed. "So are you" He said. "I know you're not talking with your tiny winky dreams" I signed.

"We don't talk about those!" Cameron said. "What ever" I signed. "I'm not taking to Eren anymore he's annoying and I always have to hide everything from him! and he's not even my parent! I signed.

"What do you have to hide anyway" He asked. "I think I like someone" I signed. "WHAT!? OH MY GOD A LIFE CHANGING MOMENT!!" Cameron yelled.

"Don't tell anyone" I signed. "I won't and I will find out who it is" He said. I rolled my eyes. "Cookies and eggnog! come and get it or suffer when it's gone!" Uncle Jose called.

"I love you but I gotta put me first" Cameron said. "Wha-" I stopped when he pushed me into the snow then ran inside.

'I see how it is....' I thought while narrowing my eyes.
