(S3-C2) Never Alone

Once Ryder had asked that question, the team tried to think about this. Where did they want to go to relax? They probably wouldn't relax for long, knowing everything that they have to do; but they had to relax for at least a bit of time.

"What if we go for a short hike?" Rocky suggested, getting the team's attention on him. It had been a while since the team went for a relaxing hike, and it did sound more relaxing than sitting around inside of the Paw Patroller trying to make a police file with their minds running wild.

Ryder had a small smile fill his face as he looked over to the pups, each and every pup other than Skye was on the floor of the Paw Patroller, wagging their tails as they looked up to Ryder. "Sure! Let's do it. Rebecca, can you stay here and look after Skye while we're gone? We won't be long, but she needs someone to watch her while the rest of us are gone." Ryder asked, not wanting to leave Skye alone in the Paw Patroller, despite the fact that Robo Dog would be in the vehicle as well.

"Of course I can, Ryder. Enjoy the hike, and check this out, it might help you decide on the trail you all will use." Rebecca replied as she passed Ryder her phone, a map of hiking trails in Barkingburg with images of each trail on it.

Ryder took a look at every single trail, but one specific one caught his eye. It was a trail that went through the woods and up a mountain. The route was fairly short, and the pictures that Ryder could see on the website of the route made it look absolutely beautiful. "Thanks for showing me that, Rebecca. Here's your phone back." Ryder continued as he gave Rebecca's phone back to her, putting his backpack onto his left shoulder as he did so.

"Alright pups, we're moving out when we're all ready." Ryder exclaimed, an eagerness in his voice that had been absent ever since Marshall and Everest had gone missing, and everything else had happened.

With that, the pups all began to get ready to go hiking, they were hoping that nothing would happen during their short period of relaxation, but with everything that had happened, they had to keep the pup pack's with their weaponry and their helmets on, prepared to fight if they absolutely had to.

Adventure City - ??????

Ruben, Butch and Queen walked out of the main base of the Cobalt Order, twelve other members of the organization had been assigned to their squad for this mission, which made this the biggest squad the group of three had ever worked with.

"I think attacking the base of the Mutt Patrol will allow us to actually accomplish our goals this time. They're all in Barkingburg looking for Marshall and Everest, which means we're free to get what we need and leave." Butch said as he grabbed the magazine on his rifle, pulling it out as he put another in and hit the bolt catch release to chamber a new round.

"It doesn't matter regardless, we're prepared to fight." Queen snorted as she jumped into one of the helicopters that was landing next to the small group of armed employees of the Cobalt Order, prepared to fly them out to Adventure Bay to initiate Project: Nightmare Scenario. This would be the beginning of the end for this war, and further their goal to stomp out any hopes of a rebellion or violent retaliation against the Cobalt Order from animal kind.

With that, Ruben, Butch and Queen climbed into one of the helicopters as the twelve other members of the organization who were assigned to go on this mission split up into two groups of six and entered the two helicopters as the three pilots flew into the sky.

Even if the Paw Patrol and the team that had attacked them back at the puppy mill were all somehow at the lookout, which was highly unlikely given the circumstances, this Cobalt Order strike team had confidence that this would be a fast mission.

Nevertheless, the strike team began to fall asleep as the three pilots flew their helicopters on course to the lookout.
