As the Whispers continued to wait around the abandoned warehouse, near Scarlet's helicopter, the team of seven pups found themselves thinking about their current situation, this constant struggle to keep living on after everything they've been through, it was almost too much for them to handle sometimes. It was too hard to carry with the burden that they carried on their backs, it was too difficult to carry a weight that was constantly threatening to crush all seven of the pups beneath its great weight, and there really wasn't a solution for them.

But regardless, they had to stay focused.  If they couldn't figure out a way to save themselves, they were going to have to face this threat head on. This fear that they were all feeling.  And that was something that none of them wanted to live through. So whatever they could possibly come up with, whether it was a new plan or a new way to save their lives, they were going to come up with it together. To the end. Just like they promised each other so long ago, and just like they always did. They were essentially a family now. And now, it was their duty to protect and help one another, no matter what happens to them from this point in the present or no matter what's going to happen to them far off in the future; they have to stay focused on their objectives, because all it took to perish in a conflict like this was that one moment of hesitation; one moment of doubt, and it all comes crumbling down.

The Whispers all looked around, and met one another's gazes, silently agreeing on what they needed to do next. They had to end this war... no matter the cost that they had to pay.

Even if it meant sacrificing one of their own. No matter what they had done in the past, no matter what happened, they had to find a way to bring peace to the world, to return normalcy to society, to give people hope again. And to put an end to the Cobalt Order.

And then, perhaps, they might finally be free enough to stop fighting this war forever. After today, hopefully, they wouldn't need to continue to put on such masks, not anymore. Not ever again. They were all tired of putting on these tough faces. Tired of hiding behind cold, emotionless masks... and tired of seeing those masks being used to cover the pain and suffering that everyone else in their small group had endured.

For years now, they've suffered in silence. Because it was better to suffer than to let someone see what you're really feeling. To let everyone in the world see that you care, that you're willing to sacrifice yourself for the sake of your loved ones and others around you with it being for the greater good for humanity and animal kind.

It was time for them to change that. That was why they kept pushing, keeping trying, giving the hardest and most painful battle they possibly could... until they'd finally won. Until everyone was finally safe. Until the Cobalt Order, was gone... For good.

So the team gathered around Thunder, all their attention focused on the team leader, ready to listen to his orders and make any last minute adjustments needed to bring the mission to success.

"Okay team, we're going to do some scouting on the key positions in Adventure City that the hostile force are holding, and then launch a full assault on the Cobalt Order's skyscraper base when we're ready. Do I make myself clear?" Thunder asked the other six Whispers as the team of seven let out their battle cry as they barked, their weapons coming out of their pup packs as they prepared to do some recon as a team.

Here and now, everything that the seven of them had fought to achieve would be put on the line; if they failed, not only would the seven of them lose their lives, but the Cobalt Order would continue to operate and eventually fully succeed in their objectives, that outcome had to be avoided at all costs, even if the Whispers had to sacrifice their sanities and bonds with those that they care about just to end everything and save animal kind.
