Chapter 38

The couple smiled as Taehyung continued driving while placing his right hand on Jungkook's thighs.

They are about to enter their pack's border, and Jungkook couldn't help but smile to himself as he feels so excited about once again meeting his pack members and friends, whom he has now treated like his family.

Once the pack members had already noticed the presence of their Alpha and Luna's scents, some immediately went to the main gate of the packhouse. In contrast, the others quickly prepared everything before hiding as they wanted to surprise Jungkook.

Taehyung and Jungkook smiled after seeing some of their pack members were already waiting for them at the main gate before they both got out of the car as Taehyung carried Jungkook's luggage.

"Let me help y-" Jungkook was about to offer Taehyung in carrying his luggage but was cut off by  Taehyung.

"It's okay, bun, I want to spoil you for the whole week, and that means that you don't have to do anything other than loving me and spreading those legs-"

"Stop it. They might hear you!" Jungkook said as he covered Taehyung's lips to stop him from finishing his sentence after seeing a kid running toward them to greet them. Jungkook's face was furiously blushing, and Taehyung couldn't help but smirk after seeing his effect on Jungkook.

"Good evening, Alpha and Luna!" The wolf kid greeted them, and Taehyung welcomed back the kid. The mother of the kid soon approaches them and apologizes on her child's behalf, thinking that her child has disturbed their Alpha and luna.

"It's okay, miss, your cute son right here just wanted to greet us," Jungkook said to the lady with a smile as he tried to stop her from continuously apologizing.

Soon enough, the couple entered the main gate of their packhouse while greeting those pack members who had waited for them at the main entrance.

 The greetings that Jungkook has received made him so happy that he couldn't stop himself from smiling.

His pack members led him to the garden, and Taehyung also went along with them.

Seeing that the garden was empty and there was nothing special, Jungkook turned back to Taehyung and his pack members with a dumbfounded look on his face, but it was soon replaced with an overjoyed expression on his face.

"WELCOME HOME, JUNGKOOKIE!"

It turns out that the garden was not empty, and they were hiding in the bushes to surprise their Luna and that Taehyung is also part of this surprise plan.

The string lights in the garden soon light up, giving the dark place a golden glow since the sun had already set an hour ago and was now replaced by the awakening of the bright moon.

As jazz music started playing, tables and chairs were set along with the food and drinks. Everyone greets Jungkook and asks if he is now okay after the incident, and he gratefully answers yes.

Taehyung sneaks his hands into Jungkook's waist for a hug, and Jungkook gladly hugs him back as they dance to the jazz music while embracing and enjoying each other's warmth.

Later on, the Yoonmiseok and Namgi couple finally arrive.

Jimin and Jungkook started chatting about what they missed in each other's life while Seokjin went away to grab food for the three of them as Taehyung and Namjoon were also talking about business on their other side.

"Wassup bitch I have great news for you!" Jimin said while feeling so excited for his best friend to know.

"Really? What is it?" Jungkook asked with curiosity in his eyes.

Jimin then showed his right hand to Jungkook. At first, Jungkook was a bit dumbfounded but realized that Jimin wanted to brag about his diamond promise ring on his ring finger.

"Woahh, that ring looks so beautiful and shiny, Chim! But wait, does this mean that..."

"YES," Jimin answered before Jungkook could even finish his question.

"And to who? I mean, didn't you and your wolf can't communicate with each other? so how did you know your mate?"

"Correction, it's mates for you, darling. And to answer that question, I went to Dr. Lisa's office to seek help about that problem, and luckily, it wasn't worst than I thought it would be. She just prescribed me medicines and also advised me to take therapy. After a week, I finally reconnected with my wolf, which helps me recognize my mates," Jimin explained to Jungkook.

"That's great, Chim! so who are they"

"It's us, Jungkook," Hoseok and Yoongi said in unison. Jungkook couldn't believe the new information he was getting, but that's okay; at least his best friend was now happy with his mates.

"HERE'S THE FOOD," Seokjin announced while placing the plates on the table.

"Jungkook, try this red wine I got. They said it tastes good" Seokjin offered a glass of red wine to Jungkook after setting the plates on the table.

Jungkook was unsure if it was still okay to drink but not to disappoint his Seokjin Hyungie, he accepted it, but before he could even take a sip on it, Taehyung was already back and was quick to steal the glass of red wine from Jungkook's hand and drank it all before saying;

"Alcohol is bad for the baby, babe."

He said it so sexily that Jungkook's face immediately turned red, and he was so shy about it that he nuzzled his face on Taehyung's neck to hide it, and Taehyung just chuckled at the cute behavior of his mate.

The others were confused at first but soon realized what Taehyung said, which left their mouths hung open.

"HE WHAT?????"
