Ano 'to? May pamilya s'ya?
"I've got some explaining to do, come with me." sabi n'ya at nag-lakad papunta sa likod ng bahay n'ya.
"It was five years after we broke up when I had a flight to Japan, we had a one day layover and that day was the exact same day we parted ways." he started. "I was with the crew in a bar and there was this girl.."
"Bettina Alejandro, she was a flight attendant and we barely knew each other, I think it was the first time we even ever had a flight together but we were both drunk and sad.. we ended up having a one night stand." nahihirapang sabi ni Andrei na parang masakit sa kan'ya aminin.
"She's dead," he cut me off.
I immediately looked back at him, shocked.
"She died the same day the twins were born," he said. "I only knew that I got her pregnant that same day because her friend called me up saying she was dying and she has no one to leave our kids to but me... their father."
"A-ano?" gulat na tanong ko. "Ano nangyari sa kan'ya?"
"After a normal delivery, they discovered that she had a coronary heart disease and it was triggered because of the birth and she told me to name the kids after me or... after the girl I really love to.. make me hate the kids less." he started tearing up as he remember.
"D-do you hate them?" I asked, concerned for the kids.
"No, of course not, those are my kids." he looked offended by my question. "I'm not as heartless as you think I am."
"I'm sorry," I whispered. "A-anong pangalan nila?"
"Andrix Benjamin and Andriel Benedict." he smiled.
