We all jumped into Knov's Hide and Seek portal. We landed inside a padded room.

Morel looked at his stopwatch, "7 minutes" He turned to look at the rest of us and said "I'll call you when it's down to a minute left. Then gather near the exit. Stand by here until then"

Morel walked up behind me to ask, "Hey uh, Jon I know it's a bit late to ask but are you going to be alright? I mean mentally"

"Yeah I'm not some little bitch who quits at the slightest hint of danger" I leaned over to look at Knov. "But Morel, you're going after Pouf right?" I asked changing the subject.

"Yeah. Why?" He asked.

"I probably, no, I definitely should have warned you about this before but, Pouf can read your mind, so if you know another language think in that" 'I would've told him earlier but I completely forgot until now'

"Thanks. How long have you known that?" He questioned, skeptical about why I know that.

"What time is it" I asked.

Morel didn't even check the time before saying "11:54"

"Since I left the Nest" That was a lie. "But I forgot until now" That was the truth.

"Thanks anyway" I said.

I went to sit against the wall and wait.
'What am I going to do? Ok planning time.
Step 1 find Neferpitou,
Step B get my sunglasses and phone,
Step 4 wait for my moment and use High-Voltage, but she's made of fucking steel I should find a knife or something sharp to use Ko with.
I feel like Gon might want the kill and I forgot what his ability is but I remember that it was something boring like punch good, Killua wouldn't be too happy but I know his ability is electricity and there's an easy solution to that possible problem'
"Can one of you toss me a water bottle?" Killua threw it to me "Thanks"
'I need to focus on what's important. I'm going to have 1 last smoke before I possibly die' I walked over to the Chameleon guy "Mind if I bum a smoke?" I asked.

"I thought you quit?" He asked.

"I quit for like a week then I had my last 1, that was about a month ago and I wanna calm my nerves" I explained.

"You probably shouldn't, the smell will stick to your clothes and it's not a good idea To underestimate their sense of smell" he lectured.

"I know, I just don't care, I already reek of smoke cuz of my cologne, I call it Noir Detective it smells like, cigarette smoke, black coffee, and cheap, but aged whiskey" I explained why I smell so... unique.

"Fine" He offered me one.

I lit up my cigarettes "Thank you, Jesus. That reminds me I keep forgetting to learn your name?" I asked.

"My name is Meleoron" He introduced. I then noticed how much he was shaking.

"Here try this" I handed him some gum. "This helped me when I really wanted to smoke"

"Clearly" Meleoron joked.

"Just keep it in mind. If you get caught just spit it in their face?" I suggested to try and calm him. Meleoron shrugged and took it.

I went over to the little squid guy and said, "Hey Ikalgo if you ever need work after this call me" I handed him my business card.

"I'll keep it in mind thanks" Ikalgo replied.

I walked to the corner of the room and spent the rest of the time trying to find the appropriate song. When I found the song I checked my watch to see how much time I had left. I had 2 minutes left.

Everybody gathered around the doorway. "Counting down from ten. Is everybody ready?" We all nodded "Here we go. GET READY TO RUMBLE!" Morel shouted. 'Is it inappropriate if I say I need to use the bathroom?'

"Once more unto the breach dear friends!" I quoted Henry V to calm my nerves from the excitement in preparation for battle. (I've had that line in my head for so long)

"10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1! GO!!!!!" We all charged through the door. (End of chapter
