We'll meet again Neferpitou x OC

Case file 9

My mind tried to summon a memory to twist into a nightmare but the warmth and comfort of my bed kept me safe.

I wrapped my arms around the giant warm body pillow that was in bed with me.
Randomly something started clawing at my back. Which caused me to hug the pillow tighter and roll onto my back from reflex.

As the pillow made itself comfortable, Someone said. "Looks like you're friendly this morning" 'Just let me sleep'

I mumbled "Pleeease just let me sleep" in Turkish without thinking to translate.

"I don't know what that means" Pitou remarked while pulling herself closer to me.

"Fine, I'm up" I did a quick scan of the room before saying. "I'm really hoping there's a good reason as to why we're in bed together and why you took most of my clothes off?" I tried sitting up but Pitou held me down with one hand.

"You passed out from blood loss, so I brought you here" She said while touching my arms, face, and chest.

I started rubbing my wrist as I asked. "Who did I get the blood from?"

Pitou snuggled closer to me as she casually said, "Me"

"That's not how blood works and I don't believe you because Chimaera ants have different coloured blood" I said as I pushed her away to get a better look at her face.
I put my hand on her face and rubbed my thumb across the scar I made on her face the first time we met.
(You know that scar I mentioned twice in the second chapter that thing I added just so I could rip off- I mean reference to Battle Tendency)

"That's cute... you're cute" Pitou kissed my hand. 'Most people just call me an "asshole" am I cute?'
"I found a book about blood in the library and took some from one of the blood packs in the freezer" Neferpitou explained. (She means humans(I don't like spelling things out for people but I feel like in this case, I need to))

"I don't think that's how blood works and, that doesn't explain why you took my pants off as well!" I asked while taking her hands off me.

"I needed to take off your shirt to get the needle in and after that, I thought you looked very uncomfortable with all those layers on" 'Thank God she didn't see my tattoo' "When I took them off you looked a lot better" Pitou shifted around so she was laying on top of me.

"Or maybe you just like seeing me without clothes?" I replied wrapping my arms around her waist. 'I am SO glad I wore underwear to this job'

"Isn't that what I said?" Pitou asked nuzzling my face.

I flipped us so I was on top of her and said "I guess that's true but I thought you were
supposed to be on guard duty?" I asked.

Pitou grabbed my hand and asked, "Please don't get up"

Sigh "Fine, only because you helped me" I laid back down with her and kissed her cheek.

"Thank you" Pitou hugged me nice and tight so she could nuzzle my face again. 'She's like a heated body pillow? What the hell man?'

"I think we should talk about boundaries?" I asked again.

"Shhhh it's quiet time and I don't care" She rested her head on my shoulder.

I started petting her head "Yo-" I stopped mid-sentence when I heard a light purr come from her. "That's adorable"

"No, it's not!" Pitou sounded tired and embarrassed.

"Go to sleep you're tired" I suggested while I used my other hand to rub her back.

"I can't you might leave" Neferpitou sounded a little scared.

"I promise I won't" I reassured.

"Okay thank you, goodnight. I love you"

"I love you too" I pulled her head onto my naked chest before falling asleep.
