You woke up with a jolt in a small layer of sweat. You had, had a nightmare, papa and dad burst through the door, papa picked you up rocking you back and forth like a baby, but you kind of liked it, and dad came and hugged you from behind, you stayed like that for a bit "It's ok doll, you're safe" dad reassured You put your head against papa's chest and copied his breathing "T-t-thank you" you said with a shaky voice, you stayed hugging like that for a while then you heard someone knock on the door then come in "Hi y/n, you ready for today, AWWW you guys are so cute together" it was Nat, papa put you down and you wiped your tears, she gave you a sad look "Yes I am, I'm actually quite excited" she gave you an 'are you sure' look "sorry I had a nightmare" you added "That makes sense, but as I said you look cute together" you laughed "Thanks Nat" they all left and went downstairs
You splashed some water on your face and freshened up You got dressed in some loose clothes and went downstairs to get breakfast You saw all the avengers already up and eating pancakes that Tony had made, you grabbed one and sat next to Sam Bruce watched you as you ate, you noticed almost instantly "Dude, what you looking at" you said coldly "Y/n your eating a pancake, you've come quite far, if you look back two weeks ago you struggled to eat y/f/f" he explained Then it hit you "yes, yes I am" a wide grin spread across your face and your family's Everyone started cheering "I am so ready to kick this 'messenger's' ass" "Language" papa commented, you looked at him After breakfast you all gathered in a meeting room to discuss what you were going to do "You guys are making this, a lot bigger than it needs to be, it was just a few messages" you said "A few messages that drove you over the edge, no one does that to my baby girl" dad said "Ok, fine but does everyone have to go?" They all nodded "Y/n we love you, everyone is going no one does that to my bestie/niece" Nat said "Ok, if that's how it's going to go, what's the plan cap?" You asked "Ok I think you go in on your own, but with us close behind just in case, then after you two have chatted for a bit then we will come in and do our thing, fight if we have to" you all agreed "What are we gonna do if it's surrounded with guards?" You asked, you wanted to plan out every possible scenario just to make sure nothing unexpected happened "We'll just come in sooner and fight them off we always do" papa said They all went off topic and chatted for a bit but you zoned out thinking about this abandoned base, and how your parents used to work there, then you remembered something. Something very important "Guys I've just remembered something, i don't know if it's true, but I have a strong feeling it is" they all turned to you, as you looked up "I'm pretty sure that when I was brainwashed my dad started saying some words in Russian and then I completely forgot everything, I think I have trigger words" you said trailing off at the end, the atmosphere in the room changed "we are going to an abandoned hydra base and I have trigger words that I don't Even know if they work anymore" you took a deep breath "but we have to do this, I'll be fine" you said more for you and not the team "Only if your sure sweetheart, that's a lot to take in before your first mission" papa said, you nodded "I have to do this" you stated coldly "Ok, AVENGERS....ASSEMBLE" papa boomed everyone scrambled off into there rooms to change into their suits

You all climbed onto the Quinjet and Tony started it up "JARVIS put in autopilot" he commanded you all settled in your seats, JARVIS put the retro-reflective panels on It was only about an hour in the air because you were only going to Maine from NY so you just relaxed and chatted the whole time The closer you got the more nervous you were getting, you leg started to bounce up and down but papa put his hand on your knee whilst dad hugged you calming you down, you just snuggled the rest of the way Once you were there Jarvis kept the panels on and you all hopped out, you all put in an earpiece so you could talk to each other You surrounded the perimeter and Steve gave you the all clear to go in, they all stayed outside as you went in, you kept your earpiece on at all times so they could hear everything, you walked in and saw just a few old filing cabinets then it opened out, to what looked like a control room "Ahh, y/n you found me, your alone I presume?" A mysterious person swivelled in their chair "or did you come with your super hero friends?" "What do you think?" You said, walking over to him "come on in guys!" You shouted, all the avengers ran and/or flew in and lined up in a long line "but I've got to be honest, the people who tolerate you on a daily basis are the real heroes" you said his face dropped seeing all the avengers but soon after a smirk appeared he got up and grabbed a CD and put it in the speaker across the room It started to play

Vibrainium. Not even papa's shield could brake it, then it hit them all, they just had to let it happen and hope you survived

In about 30 seconds I am going to be brainwashed... again, and I am going to have to fight you all if I'm injured I can't hurt any of you!" You screamed at them all "Y/n there is no way in humanity, that we would shoot you, we will find a way, I'm sure of it" Nat said
