The meeting room 2020:
You followed the headmaster down a hallway to a room you hadn't been in, in years. He opened the door and gestured for you to go in,
all of a sudden you felt your heart beat faster and you palms get all sweaty but you were so excited all at once
You went in and saw two grown men one with blue eyes and short blonde hair and the other had blue eyes and long brown hair "hi" you squeaked
"Hey you must be y/n, you can call me Bucky" the one with brown hair said
"Hi, and I'm Steve" all of a sudden it hit you, you recognised those two out of nowhere "you're captain America and you're the winter soldier, or is it white wolf now?" You suddenly got really excited 'am I going to be adopted by two superheroes?' You thought
"I guess I'll leave you guys to it, see you later y/n" Mr Cunningham said he gave you a happy smile
"bye sir" you waved
"Yes, yes we are" Steve chuckled
"AH cool!" You squealed in excitement "this is going to be the best day EVER!" You suddenly looked down and saw that Bucky had leather gloves on "what do you need gloves for? I think your metal arm is cool"
He gave you a small smile "thank you y/n but some people can be very rude at times" you gave him a sad smile
"so what are we doing today?" You asked trying to lighten the mood, "well it's a surprise but I do hope you like ice cream" Steve smirked
"You are terrible at giving clues babe" Bucky elbowed Steve in the stomach
You giggled "let's go then"
You guys walked outside to see a Audi e-tron sitting outside the building. You gasped out of shock, you had never seen such a nice car in your life
"hop in y/n" Steve opened the door for you and you all got in and you were on your way
"So y/n how do you know us?" Bucky questioned
"Umm well I mean how do I not know you you guys are on the news and in the paper all the time" you gazed out the window "sorry about how I reacted when I first met you I-"
Bucky interrupted you "hey, don't apologise you were excited we get it" it was at this moment you realised how kind they both were
All three of you chatted for the rest of the journey and started to get along really well then the car came to a stop "here we are"
"You guys do not understand how long it has been since I last had ice cream" you all hopped out of the car and went inside
"so y/n what flavour do you want?" Bucky asked
"Umm" you thought for a second "I think I'll go with rocky road with extra sprinkles if that's ok" if you don't like rocky road just go with your favourite "that's sounds amazing y/n/n, I'll go with butter pecan" Steve responded, you made a face "what I like it" he stuck his tongue out at you
You giggled "what floats your boat I guess"
"He's always been like that," Bucky whispered in your ear " I think I'll have mint choc chip, and that'll be all, thank you" Bucky payed and you all got your ice cream and found a seat near a window
"I forgot how good this tasted"
"So y/n what do you think about meeting the avengers after this?" Your eyes went huge, it took you a second to process what just came out of Steve's mouth "uh YEA" you almost dropped your ice cream "you know how I said today was going to be the best I think it just got better" you all chuckled
-about fifteen minutes later-
You had all finished your ice creams
"So let's go meet some avengers" Bucky chimed
As you were walking to the car "Does anyone know about me?"
"Only Sam (the falcon) and Nat (black widow)" Steve replied, you all got in the car "oh ok"
