Chapter 299

Matt's POV: After having a bit more fun in bed with Gabby, I smiled as I walked out of the bathroom shortly after taking a shower. While we did originally say that we would stay undressed and go for another round later....she started to feel contractions (Braxton Hicks of course). However, I didn't feel comfortable going for another round even if she begged me too. After what happened with our last pregnancy, I was not ready to take the risk. Looking at Gabby as she got dressed, I sighed. "You understand why I'm not okay with going for another round right babe?" Turning around to look at me, Gabby nodded. "Hey, of course Matt. I get it."

I sighed when she said that. "It's just...I'm scared. I mean...we went through a few with the boys, but I don't remember them coming this early. Then again, the weeks was pretty messed up." Gabby nodded and agreed with me when I told her that. "Still don't get how that happened." I smiled and agreed with Gabby when she told me that. Going to walk over to her, I just smiled as I went to wrap my arms around her so that I could hold her close to me. Gabby then did the same and just smiled as she looked up at me. Feeling her rub my back, I smiled as I bent down and then went to kiss her softly. "I love you and I'm just glad that everything's okay." Gabby agreed.

Gabby smiled and agreed with me when I told her that. "Same here. I don't want anything to happen that can put it at risk." I nodded and smiled when Gabby told me that before going to kiss her forehead softly. "Want to get back in bed?" Gabby nodded when I asked her that and smiled. "But first, can you go make me a snack?" I nodded and agreed with Gabby when she asked me that. "Or we can go sit down? I feel like...if we sit up here, then we might get too close again. And as much as I want to...we both know it's not good for your health since you are supposed to be relaxing." Gabby agreed with me when I told her that and nodded.

"Then how about we go do that downstairs?" I smiled and agreed with Gabby when she told me that because that sounded like a great idea. "Let's get the boys on the way down too. Oh and bring your electronics." Gabby looked at me when I said that. "Why?" I smiled at her. "We can sleep on the modular couch tonight if you want." Gabby smiled and agreed with me when I asked her that. "That sounds great. However, can we maybe just be hands off for a while? We need to calm down so nothing happens." I nodded and agreed with Gabby when she told me that. "And if anything does happen...you'll tell me right?" Gabby nodded and agreed with me.

Gabby nodded when I asked her that. "Hey, of course I would tell you Matt. You're my husband and these are your daughters just as much as they are mine. You have every right to know what's going on." I smiled and agreed with Gabby when she told me that. Going to get close to her, I just wrapped my arms around her and smiled as I went to kiss her softly. "I love you." Gabby smiled and agreed with me when I told her that. "I love you too." Nodding, I went to kiss Gabby's forehead and just smiled as we both held each other close for a minute. Once that was done, I went to grab her hand and just smiled as we left our room to go get our boys in their nursery.

Once we finished getting the boys in their nursery, I smiled as me and Gabby made our way down to the living room with them in our arms. "Think they need a feeding?" Gabby turned to look at me when I asked her that, smiling before nodding. "I think so. By the way, good idea grabbing the diaper bag." I smiled and agreed with her. "We should just keep some diapers down here. That way, we can have some everywhere." Gabby agreed with me when I said that and smiled as we both made our way into the living room with the boys. Walking over to their chairs, I smiled as we went to set them down in their chairs so they can just relax. 

Bending down to set Noah down in his chair, I smiled before turning my head to look up at Gabby. "Here, how about you give him to me and I can set him down for you?" Gabby nodded when I asked her that and just smiled at me. Going to give Andy to me, she just smiled as I went to go lay him down in his chair. "Hey little guy, you just cry if you want a bottle okay?" Gabby smiled and agreed with me when I said that. Turning to look at her, I smiled at her. "How about you just go relax and I'll get you some water?" Gabby nodded and agreed with me when I said that. Going to walk over to the couch, Gabby just smiled as she grabbed a blanket and sat down.

Looking at her, I smiled because I had a feeling that she was very comfortable there on the couch. Going to walk over to her, I smiled and went to put my hand on her neck. Leaning down, I went to kiss her and just smiled as I took it slow with her. "I love you." Gabby smiled and agreed with me when I said that. "I love you too. Now, get me some water and maybe a bar?" I agreed with Gabby when she asked me that. "Let me guess, you having me was not enough to curb your appetite?" Gabby smirked when I asked her that. "If anything, it made me even more hungry." I nodded and agreed with Gabby when she told me that, loving how we were teasing each other.

Going to walk away to the kitchen, I smiled because I was really glad that we were just having fun with each other right now. "You glad that we're having fun right now?" Gabby nodded when I asked her that and just smiled at me. "You know, I think we need to follow through with our plans to sit down here more often." I nodded and agreed with Gabby when she told me that. Going to grab a water glass, I smiled at Gabby because I was really happy right now. "You comfortable there on the couch?" Going to snuggle on the couch, Gabby nodded. "Of course I am. However, I am going to be even more comfortable when we sit next to each other."

I nodded and agreed with Gabby when she said that. "I think that's a good idea. Remember what we said, we need to relax." Gabby smiled when I said that. Going to grab Gabby some water, I smiled as I went to grab us some bars. Going to walk over to Gabby in the living room, I smiled as I went to make my way to the living room so that she could get something to eat and drink. "Now, I am just going to sit down with you. We need to relax now." Gabby smiled and agreed with me when I told her that. Giving her water to her, I smiled at Gabby and then went to go sit down next to her one the couch. Sitting down with her, I smiled and just looked down at her.

"What are you thinking about Matt?" I smiled when Gabby asked me that. "I'm thinking about how much I love my wife." Gabby smiled and blushed when I told her that. "I love you too." I nodded and agreed with Gabby when she told me that. Bending down, I went to kiss her once again before going to reach over to the table so that I could grab the tv remote. Cuddling up to me, Gabby wrapped her arm around my back while laying her head down on my shoulder. Smiling, I went to kiss her forehead softly while turning the TV on. "You look comfortable." Gabby nodded when I asked her that and just smiled at me. "You know I am. I'm in your arms."

I laughed and just agreed with her when she said that, going to kiss her forehead softly as we held each other close. "What are we going to watch?" I smiled when Gabby asked me that. "Not sure, what are you thinking?" Gabby bit her lip. "You pick. I always pick." I nodded and agreed with Gabby when she said that, going to try and find something that we can watch together. "What are you thinking? TV show or movie?" Gabby smiled. "I want to watch Law & Order." I smiled when she told me that. "Wait, the original or SVU?" Gabby smiled at me. "SVU of course. I love me some Mariska Hargitay." I nodded and agreed with Gabby.

"Isn't Ice-T in this show?" Gabby agreed with me when I asked her that. "Yeah, he's a great actor." I smiled and agreed with her when she told me that, going to kiss her forehead softly as we both held each other close. "Okay, now let's relax and just keep this calm." I nodded and agreed with Gabby when she said that, watching her go start the latest episode.
