Chapter 303

Matt's POV: After making my way up to bed with Gabby, I smiled because I was now ready to relax with her in bed. Walking out of our closet in some of my sweats, Gabby smiled at me and then came to join me in bed. "You're sure that you're okay with my brother being here right?" I nodded when Gabby asked me that. "Hey, of course I am Gabby. I want what's best for you. And if that means that your brother has to be here to take care of the boys, then he's going to be here." She agreed with me when I said that before looking at me as I laid down in the middle of our bed. "Can you lay down a bit more so that I can lay down on your chest?" I smiled, agreeing.

Going to lay back in bed more, I felt Gabby just nuzzle her head into the crook of my neck so that we could hold each other close in bed. Going to wrap my arm around her back once she was laying down on my chest, I went to tug the covers up and just smiled as I went to kiss her head. Rubbing her back, I smiled at Gabby. "How are you feeling now?" Gabby smiled when I asked her that. "I'm feeling much better now." I agreed with Gabby when she said that. "I'm glad. I want you to rest right now...and maybe tell me why you're scared. Gabby, talk to me." Gabby sighed as she went to lay her head down on my shoulder. "Matt, you know how my last pregnancy ended."

I agreed with Gabby when she told me that, going to kiss her forehead. "And Matt, if I am feeling Braxton hicks..." I agreed with her when she said that. "It brings you back to that time." Gabby agreed with me when I said that and just tugged the covers up a bit more. Wrapping my arms around her, I smiled and then went to kiss the top of her head. Grabbing the top of her head, I smiled because I wanted her to know that I'm here for you...and that you can always talk to me." Gabby nodded and agreed with me when I said that. "I know Matt." I nodded and smiled at her. "Gabby, you can tell me anything and let me help you. We are in this together." She agreed.

"Remember that Hannah and Sofia are my daughters too. These little girls that you are carrying are going to be my whole world the minute they're born." Gabby smiled when I told her that and just agreed with me as she went to lay her head down on my chest. Going to kiss my chest, Gabby just smiled while I moved to kiss the side of her head. "I'm just glad that you're confiding in me Gabby. I know that...sometimes when you're scared, you hide things. And I know that you opening up to me is not something that you are used to doing." Gabby agreed with me when I said that. "And I'm sorry that's the case Matt." I smiled and agreed with her when she said that.

"But Gabby, you've been doing so much better recently. I know this sounds like I am patronizing you but...I am so proud of you. The way you are opening up to me more each and every day...it's exactly what we need." Gabby smiled and agreed with me when I told her that. Cuddling up to me more, Gabby just wrapped her arms around my waist and got comfortable. Going to wrap my arm around her back, I went to put my hand on her stomach and then went to kiss her forehead softly. "As long as you are relaxing...that's all that matters." Going to kiss her forehead, I just smiled at her when I heard Antonio come upstairs. "Sorry, I just found these downstairs."

Looking up, I saw that he brought our water bottles up to us. "Thanks Antonio." I smiled when he walked over to our bed and just went to give it to me. Going to reach out, I went to grab our water bottles and but them on my side table. Looking at Antonio, I went to put my hand on Gabby's back and just smiled at her. Meanwhile, Antonio went to rub her back. "Hey sis, know that I'm here for you just as much as Matt is okay? I remember how devastated you were when you lost your first child...and how worried you were when you gave birth to the boys. Promise me that you will open up to me and Matt. Let us help you get through this." Gabby agreed.

Turning to look at him, Gabby smiled at him. "Thanks Antonio." Antonio smiled and agreed with Gabby when she said that. "I'm glad that you're okay. Now listen, I need to get back to your boys." I nodded and agreed with Antonio when he said that. "Yes you do. Thanks again Antonio." Antonio agreed with me and smiled. "Have a good night." Going to walk away, Antonio smiled at the both of us. Meanwhile, I went to put my hand on the back of Gabby's head before kissing her forehead softly. Going to look down at her, I smiled as I went to kiss her softly. Taking it slow with her, I smiled because I was really happy that we were together right now. "Feeling better?"

Gabby sighed and just went to lay her head down on my heart. "I'm still nervous." I agreed with Gabby when she said that before going to kiss her forehead softly. "Gabby, you need to just remember that I'm here for you okay? And tomorrow....we're going to go to your doctor." Gabby agreed with me when I said that and just smiled at me. "I'm glad that's the case, I think we both need it." I nodded and smiled when she said that. Leaning down, I went to kiss her softly and just smiled as I took it slow with her. "Just remember that I'm here for you and that there is nothing I won't do to make you feel better right now." Gabby smiled and agreed with me, really happy.

Tugging the covers up more, I smiled as we just held each other close in bed before (eventually) falling asleep into each other's arms.
