Chapter 301

Matt's POV: After making me and Gabby some supper, I smiled when I saw her sitting at the table (which she set up...even though I objected to it). "I'm glad you just took it easy on yourself." Gabby nodded and agreed with me when I told her that. "Trust me Matt, I'm not going to do anything that will go against what the doctors say." I nodded and agreed with her when she told me that, going to put her bowl in front of her before doing the same with my bowl. Once I did that, I went to walk over to the fridge so that I could grab us some waters. Afterwards, I walked over to Gabby (again) so that I could give her water to her. "Here, some water for supper."

Gabby smiled and agreed with me when I told her that. "Sure, that sounds great." I smiled and agreed with her. Giving her water to her, I smiled and then proceeded to lean down so that I could kiss Gabby softly. "Love you." Gabby smiled and agreed with me when I said that. "I love you too." Going to make my way to my chair, I went to sit down and then smiled as I went to grab my fork. That's when I turned to look at our boys when I heard them babbling. Just laughing, I smiled at Gabby. "I love it when they babble." Gabby smiled and agreed with me when I told her that. "Shut up, it's cute." I nodded and agreed with Gabby when she told me that. "Definitely."

Reaching my hand out, I smiled as I went to go grab Gabby's hand. Rubbing my hand as she held mine, Gabby just smiled at me. "Thanks for taking care of me so good today." I nodded and agreed with Gabby when she told me that. "Hey, that's my job. I'm your husband and that's never going to change." Gabby smiled and agreed with me when I told her that. "God, you make me blush too much." I laughed and agreed with her before going to grab my fork and then starting to eat my pasta. "How does the pasta taste?" Gabby smiled when I asked her that. "It tastes really good." I nodded and agreed with Gabby when she told me that. "I'm glad."

Going to take another bite of her food, she smiled at me. "So, are we going to stay dressed in bed tonight?" I bit my lip when she asked me that. "What do you want to do? I'm leaving it up to you." Gabby smiled when I told her that. "To tell you the truth, I like the idea of you being in your boxers." I nodded and agreed with Gabby when she told me that. "That sounds perfect. Tomorrow though, I think it's time we give the boys a bath." Gabby smiled and agreed with me when I told her that. "Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's time. They are a little bit stinky." I laughed and agreed with Gabby. "God, you are just making me laugh tonight are't you Gabby?"

Gabby smiled and agreed with me when I told her that and just smiled at me as she went to grab her pasta again. Taking a bite, she just smiled at me. "I know you're supposed to rest but...maybe we can go for a car ride tomorrow? We can take the boys to the park and just relax? Or we can go to your mom's place?" Gabby smiled when I asked her that. "That actually sounds interesting. But I just like the idea that we are going to stay here for now." I nodded and agreed with Gabby when she told me that. "You're still worried?" Gabby sighed when I asked her that and just nodded as she went to grab her drink. "Yeah. I really don't want anything to happen."

I agreed with Gabby when she told me that. "Listen, how about I do something that might make you feel better? I can call Natalie and ask her if she can come over." Gabby looked at me when I said that. "You'd do that for me?" I nodded when Gabby asked me that. "Hey, you don't even have to ask me that question okay? I will do anything to make sure that you and the girls are healthy." Gabby agreed with me when I said that and just smiled at me. "Would she do a house call?" I bit my lip. "I was going to ask her if she could come do one. Do you want me to call her?" Gabby nodded and agreed with me when I asked her that. "Could you?" I nodded.

Going to get up, I smiled as I went to grab my phone in my pocket and smiled as I walked over to Gabby. Going to put my hand on her cheek, I smiled before bending down to kiss her cheek softly. "I'll call Natalie and be right back okay?" Gabby nodded when I told her that and smiled at me. "Don't be long...you need to eat before your food gets cold." I nodded and agreed with Gabby when she told me that, going to walk away to our room so that I could call Natalie.

After calling Natalie, I smiled as I made my way back to Gabby so that I could talk to her. "So, I just talked to Natalie." Turning to look at me, Gabby nodded when I told her that. Going to walk over to the table, I went to sit down. "And she told me that Will is at work so, she can't come. However, I then called Dr. Asher...and they have an opening tomorrow at 11:30. Since our appointment was on Wednesday...I asked her if we can go tomorrow." Gabby nodded when I said that. "That works I guess." I smiled and agreed with her when she said that.

Walking over to her, I bent down and then proceeded to put my hand on her stomach. "Gabby, I promise that things are going to be fine okay?" Gabby nodded and agreed with me when I told her that. "Okay. Sorry if I'm worried." I agreed with Gabby when she told me that. "Do you want me to ask your brother to come over and stay the night? And maybe he can take care of the kids for us while we go to the doctor tomorrow." Gabby sighed. "Matt, he has to work." I agreed with her. "Gabby, this is your health...I am sure that he'll understand." Gabby agreed.

"Listen, how about we just eat and then you can go upstairs? I'll clean up and wait for Antonio. You go rest and just get comfortable. I'm going to wear my sweats tonight." Gabby nodded and agreed with me when I said that. "Okay. I promise that I am going to be okay with this." I smiled and agreed with her, going to kiss her softly. "I love you and I promise that we are going to be okay." Gabby nodded and agreed with me when I told her that, ready for her brother to come help me take care of the boys. "Remember, you rest...we have the boys." Gabby agreed.

"Let's eat. I want to stay down here until he's here." I nodded and agreed with her, standing up before going to sit down so that I could have supper with Gabby.
