Back to present time: Gabby's POV: As I finish thinking back to our first valentine's day as husband and wife, I smiled when I felt Matt run his fingers through my hair. She then went to run his wedding band down my spine while kissing my forehead softly. "What are you thinking about?" I smiled when Matt asked me that. "Our first Valentine's Day as husband and wife." Matt smiled and agreed with me when I said that. He then proceeded to run his fingers through my hair once again. That's when I went to stroke the side of his chest and just smiled because I was very comfortable right now.
Going to wrap his arm around my back, Matt smiled at me and then went to kiss my forehead again. "Now this is exactly what I want on my birthday. Sure, we could be with the boys...but I would rather just spend time with you and the girls." I smiled and agreed with Matt when he told me that. "I feel the same way. Nothing like holding you close to me like this." Matt nodded and smiled as he went to kiss my forehead softly. Going to grab the back of my head, Matt went to start kissing me and just smiled because he was really happy right now. "Best birthday ever."
I laughed and smiled when he told me that. "Where did your dream end?" I smirked when he asked me that. "When we first tried to start our family." Going to trace his chest, I just sighed because that was not something I really wanted to talk about. "You okay Gabby?" Sighing, I nodded. "Yeah, I'm okay." Matt then moved his hand onto my back and stroke it with his thumb. "No, you're not. Talk to me babe." I just sighed when Matt asked me that. "I just hate that it took so long for us to have kids." Matt agreed with me when I said that. "Yeah, I know. It was hard."
I agreed with him when he told me that and just took a breath. "Yeah...but at least we have the kids now, that's all that matters." Matt nodded and agreed with me, going to kiss my temple again. "Gabby, we have our dream come true. No more worrying about it." I agreed with him and just smiled as I laid my head down on his chest. Going to kiss my forehead again, Matt wrapped his arm around my back. "You want to do anything right now?" I smiled when Matt asked me that. "Right now, the girls are asleep...so we can't do much." Matt nodded and agreed with me.
"By the way, sorry about ending the sex in the middle of me thinking back to our first Valentine's Day." Matt shook his head when I told him that. "Hey, it's fine Gabby. You needed a minute to think about it." I nodded and smiled when Matt told me that before going to kiss my head. Meanwhile, I went to kiss his chest and just smiled because of how comfortable I was right now. "So, are we going to turn on the TV or are we going to do something else?" Matt smiled when I asked him that. "Do you want to take a bath...or do you want to stay here and just share a kiss?"
I bit my lip when Matt asked me that because both of those options sounded amazing. "I'm not sure. But I know that I love both of those options." Matt smiled and agreed with me when I told him that. "We aren't having sex yet are we? Because if we did have sex...then we could go take a bath." Matt laughed and agreed with me when I told her that. "Listen, let's just relax here. I know that we want to have each other...but we both know that's not the best thing for your health." I nodded and agreed with Matt when he told me that because I knew that was the truth.
Grabbing the sheets, I went to tug the covers up some more and smiled. "I am just so cozy though." Matt laughed and smiled when I told him that. "Then we're going to stay here?" I sighed when he asked me that. "I'm sorry if I am changing my mind. How about you make the decision Matt? It's your birthday." Matt nodded and agreed with me when I told him that. "Then, how about first, we do some breathing. Gabby, I can feel that you are stressed right now. You just got home yesterday. Please relax and just calm down." I agreed with him and nodded.
Taking some breaths, I knew that Matt was worried right now. Going to kiss my forehead, he went to grab the back of my head and just smiled because he was very comfortable with me. "Okay, now tell me what you want to do Gabby. Do you want me to grab the TV remote and turn the TV on? Or do you want me to get up and go run the bath?" I smiled when he asked me that and then went to slip up his chest. Going to hover over him, I smiled and then went to kiss him softly. Taking it slow with Matt, I smiled because I was really happy right now.
"Can you get up and go start the bath for me?" Matt nodded and smiled when I asked him that. He then went to go put his hand on my neck and smiled as he took it slow with me. "Can you let me up then?" I nodded and agreed with Matt when he asked me that, rolling over to lay down on my back. Meanwhile, Matt went to get up and just smiled as he looked down at me. Going to lean over me, he smiled and went to put his hand on my neck. Going to kiss me, he smiled as he took it nice and slow with me. "I love you and I'll go start the bath. Don't be long."

I smiled and agreed with Matt when he told me that. "Just curious, you sure that you just want to stay here on your birthday? Or do you want to go our and be with your friends?" Going to sit down next to me, Matt smiled. "You're tired of resting in bed aren't you?" I sighed when Matt asked me that. "Matt, I know I need to rest but...I've been stuck in a hospital for 7 months. And I just want to go out with my husband and not have to worry about the kids." Matt nodded and agreed with me when I told him that. He then grabbed my hand and smiled at me.
"Listen, before we get in the bath...I'm going to talk to your mom. Then, I'll come back and let you know what your mom says." I agreed with Matt when he said that and smiled. "Then you'll go start the bath?" Matt nodded and smiled as he leaned over me and then kissed me softly. "I love you." Going to put his hand on my neck, he smiled at me before kissing me again. "Now, go talk to my mom and see if she can watch the kids while we go out for your birthday/Valentine's Day." Matt agreed with me when I said that. "And in return, she gets Valentine's Day off."
I agreed with him when he said that. "Sounds like a great deal. Now, can you please go now?" Matt nodded and agreed with me when I asked him that, going to grab his towel so that he can wrap it around his waist and then head downstairs to talk to my mom.
