The woman who was going to come after you the minute she was free.
The last piece of the spell was fairly easy, but in order to do it, the brothers needed to get out of here. The last thing you needed was the Darkness getting to them in order for you to say yes. It's the whole reason why she was coming after you the minute she came out. You were her only vessel in the world, and if she wanted to achieve maximum power, you would need to let her into your body. If she got a hold of Sam and/or Dean, then she could use them as leverage to make sure you say yes.
"Once this is complete, say the words and she will be free. Don't worry about Sam and Dean. They will be long gone and hard for her to track," Castiel explained.
"I still don't like this," Dean sighed.
"You made your choice, Dean when you took the Mark. This is mine. I can't let anything happen to you or Sam. If the Darkness wants me, then she's only going to get me. I won't let her hurt the people I love if I refuse," you sighed as you took his keys from him.
"She'll get you away," he said as he motioned to his precious car.
"Let's hope. Okay. Go. I'll meet up with you at the Bunker if I can."
"No, not if. When. I expect to see you there in one piece and without her, understand?"
"Yes, sir," you teased before bringing him into a hug. He held you a little too tightly, but let you go to his brother could get one in before they had to leave.
"Kick her ass if you can," Sam whispered into your ear as he pulled away.
"Go. It's getting pretty windy already," you sighed as the wind picked up. Castiel gave you one nod before transporting the brothers away with a touch to their shoulders. Taking a deep breath, you did what the angel told you to do before saying the words that would release the Darkness. As soon as the bowl went up in flames, you ran to the car before getting inside and starting it. Peeling away from the abandoned bar, you raced down the street as the wind blew harshly outside. Looking through the rearview mirror, you saw storm clouds quickly start to form in the distance.
She was coming, and if you could somehow get to the bunker before she arrived, you would be safe. Pressing on the gas, you made Baby go at top speed as you rushed down the road. There was no rain, but the storm clouds were quickly getting bigger and bigger. With no sign of rain, thunder, and/or lightning, you realized that these clouds weren't storm clouds, but her.
"Shit. Come on, baby," you said as you tried to make her go faster.
"Y/N," you heard a whisper. With what looked like demon smoke flying by you, there was no way that you would be able to outrun the Darkness. She was powerful and older than God, her brother. She was the most powerful being in existence, so if she really wanted you, then she would get you.
Looking back at the darkness, you squinted your eyes to see a figure emerging from the dark. Turning back to face the road, you gasped as you swerved to miss the woman standing in the middle of the road. The car spun out of control, and no matter how hard you tried to gain it back, it was useless. The only thing you saw before hitting your head on the windshield was a huge tree.

"Y/N," a woman whispered. Gasping awake, you looked around to see yourself in the middle of a field with the Darkness surrounding you as if you were in the middle of a tornado. Where was the car? Did you really crash her?
"The answer is no. You can't have me," you said to the woman.
"Not right now, I can't. But I will because you'll want me too. Together, we could accomplish anything. When I need you, I'll find you. Until then, tell Dean I said hello," she grinned before being swept up in the darkness. A split second later, everything was quiet as if there wasn't a storm before. Looking around the empty field, you saw the abandoned bar you left earlier, so you knew the car was around here somewhere.
Scrambling for your phone, you dialed Dean's number. He picked up the first chance he got.
"Sweetheart, are you okay? Where are you? Are you, you?"
"I'm me. I'm still by the bar. Dean, she came and talked to me, but then left. She said when she's ready for me, she'll find me. I don't know what that means," you sighed as you began walking.
"Okay, come back to the Bunker, and we'll figure where to go from there."
"Yeah, about that..."
"What did you do to my car?!"
"Nothing a little labor won't fix," you chuckled nervously.
"I'll send Cas for you. Just make it back in one piece, okay?"
"Yeah, I will. I know the Darkness is supposed to be the new big bad monster for us, but she was kind of beautiful," you dished as you began walking back to the empty bar.
