Warnings: minor angst

Summary: All you wanted to do after losing your grace was to help the Winchesters with their hunts. You're inexperience, and you get hurt in a way that can never be fixed.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It's hard to live your life when you used to be so powerful. You were an angel with powerful grace that could wipe out an entire race if you wanted to. Now, you're human. To have all that power once before and to now have nothing is something you're struggling with for a long time now. Your dad can't help because he still has his grace. Sam and Dean can't help since they don't know what it's like to have something so powerful get taken from you.

They do help you learn how to hunt better, but it's nothing like what it was before.

You've gotten to that point where you want to do everything yourself because you want to feel that powerful again. You know you shouldn't go off on your own, but you did...

... and now you regret it.

If you told Sam and Dean what happened, then they would kill you themselves. If you told your dad what happened, then he would disown you. If you somehow killed someone because of it, then you might as well off yourself.

The recent hunt was supposed to be an easy kill, but it turns out there was more than one werewolf killing people. You got caught in the crosshairs, and now you are one. The worst part about turning into this monster is the fact that you're hungry for more than just food... and you've succumbed to the urge on your own.

The only thing you have to worry about now is hiding the fact that you're now a wolf, and you don't know if you'll ever be an angel again because of it.

"Sweetheart? Are you okay?" Castiel says as he knocks on your door.

"Go away, dad," you groan.

It's a full moon, so you can already feel yourself shifting into a wolf. Not all werewolves can shift into actual wolves, but some of them can. You're one of them.

"Are you sure? I know things have been hard since you lost your grace."

"Please, go away, dad," you growl a little louder than normal.

"What's going on?" Dean asks, joining his friend in the hallway.

"I don't know. Something isn't right."

"Open the door. She's a child. She doesn't know any better."

Castiel uses his strength to open the door, but what he sees inside shocks him to the core. Gone is his little girl, and in her place is a wolf. You growl at the two people there, only thinking about their hearts in your mouth. You don't recognize the two people in front of you, but that doesn't seem to matter.

All that matters is you're hungry, and they're looking like your next meal.
