Whoever said money doesn't buy happiness, they were completely right. Sure, it can buy things that bring joy temporarily, but true happiness doesn't have a price or a label. Growing up, you had to learn that the hard way. Your family never had much money so you had to resort to other things to make you happy instead of a puppy, a bike, or other toys the other kids had.
In high school, your mom didn't have enough money to take you to prom so all of your friends pitched in to get you a ticket. It was bad enough that your prom dress was your Sunday nice dress your family made you wear when going to church, you didn't need pity from your friends on money issues.
Nonetheless, you learned to enjoy what you have and to make the most of it. True happiness comes in the form of relationships–families, friends, and boyfriends. Dean Winchester gave you more than you could ever ask for. He provided you with stability, a home, trust, and most importantly... love.

"There is no service out here," you called out, waving your phone in the air by the window. "I don't know when the snow will clear."
"That's okay. I got Baby in the garage. It's a good thing if you think about it. We have the whole place to ourselves," he grinned, wrapping his arms around your waist. Turning around to face him, you leaned against his body and inhaled his scent.
"True. Thank God Sam got sick," he chuckled.
"What are we going to do here? I know this is an old Hunter's cabin, and there's enough food to last a week, but what are we going to do?"
"I know what we can do," he started to say.
"No, not that. Well, maybe later," you winked.
"No, well, yes, but that's not what I'm talking about. When was the last time we were able to have a proper snow day? Let's go play in the snow!" he laughed.
"In what clothes? We'll freeze."
Dean thought for a second before untangling himself from you. He stalked to the hall closet and opened it, grinning when he found what he hoped was in there. He grabbed two big furry coats that would easily keep you warm in the frigid air. He held them up with the same grin, and you couldn't help but giggle at his child-like attitude.
Regardless, you two put them on and trekked outside for a fun day in the snow. Having the coats on was better than having nothing even if you were kind of cold. Still, memories like this were priceless, so you had to snatch them up whenever you could grab them. You've never played in the snow before, and it was clear that Dean hadn't either, so you two just screwed around until it became a game of tag.
Dean was it, and you ran like hell away from him. It was hard due to the snow being up to your knees, but you had fun. Your legs were getting cold, and you hoped to God that the cabin had hot water. Otherwise, you'll have to dry by the fire.
