-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

He may have millions of supporters, but you were his one true lifeline, the one person who would back him up no matter what he did online or in real life. At first, you had no idea who he was since you were just another fan behind a computer screen, dead set on watching his videos. He made you laugh when you wanted to cry, made you feel things that no other person could do. It was a shame he didn't know you existed, but then one day you were presented with the opportunity to go to one of his meet and greets.

From there on out, things had been falling into places like a puzzle. Ever since that meet and greet at Vidcon, you had never been the happiest that you are right now. Time seemed to fly when the two of you talked, and at the end of his panel, he asked for your number. You couldn't believe he wanted your number, but 2 years later, you and he were stronger than ever.

After a while, you two thought it was a good idea to move in together, and you had not regretted that decision once. When he declared he was going on a break, he would take you out to see the world for a few weeks, to just be together in your own personal bubble. He made enough money to support both you and him, and as much as you felt bad for taking all of his money, he made sure to never make you feel like you were something less than. It was one of his many traits you loved.

"Son of a bitch! Fuck you!" Jack yelled at his screen as he played some video game live for his audience. He hadn't done a live stream in a while and wanted to gift it to his audience. He had a small green screen behind him so that you were not visible in the background.

He had his own separate room for when he recorded, and there was a fluffy couch right behind him that you were laying on. Right now, you both agreed that he would play for an hour and a half before the two of you would go out to lunch at your favorite cafe.

That was 2 hours ago.

It's not like you didn't want him to have fun or to interact with his amazing subscribers, but you really wanted to have some alone time with him. With him doing his thing and you trying to help your sister move, you hadn't been able to properly be with each other.

"Jack, you almost done?" you asked, but received no answer.

"Take that you ugly bitch!" he yelled once more, pressing furiously on his Xbox controller.

"Jack?" you asked once more. From your angle, you can see what his screen looked like along with the many millions of comments streaming in. You can tell that you would have to approach this situation more delicately.

"I'm leaving, Jack," you tried, but nothing.

"You won't ever see me again."

"There is someone breaking in, Jack."

"Help, I'm being attacked!"

Pulling out your phone, you tried something that you've seen other women do when they wanted their man to stop playing video games.

"Hello?" you pretended like someone had been calling you. Jack discreetly turned his head, making it clear he was listening to you. "Yeah, I'll be over real soon."

Nothing.

"I broke your Xbox," you blurted out, accidentally revealing the secret you had been hiding this entire time.

"What?" he asked, pausing the game and taking off his headphones.

"What?" you asked, trying to avoid the subject.

"You were the one who broke my Xbox? I blamed my brother for that."

"I didn't mean to say that! I'm so sorry!"

"I mean, I got a better one so it doesn't matter to be now, but damn, Y/N," he laughed.

"How much longer will you be? You said you were almost done."

"I did, didn't I? Okay, let me log off," his features softened before turning to the camera. He said his farewells to his audience before turning off the camera and saving his progress. "Did I really play for 2 hours?"

"Yes, and I tried to be patient, but I miss you."

Jack smiled before joining you on the plush couch, putting most of his weight onto you. He nuzzled his head in the crook of your check, and you ran your fingers through his hair.

"I'm sorry," his voice was muffled.

"It's okay. You're here now," you muttered, pulling his face up for a kiss.
